Amazing experience! It was the service that really was above and beyond, when I walked in…lovely Shira helped me find the perfect skin divers vest I really needed. My size was not available triple X…however Victor came over and said he can order it from the warehouse… and believe it or not within five minutes Victor procured the correct size and it fit like a glove. Thanks for making everything so seamless guys!

Horrible they lost my trust. I gave the guy to install a hose for my brand new stage one (regulator). And he gave it back fully scratched as if he was changing it with hammer. Disappointing..

Stopping by again to thank Victor, the Assistant Manager I referred to in my previous review. He took great care of me while purchasing my first scuba mask, fins and snorkel. Items took a month to arrive. They refused to honor their own return policy. After pointing it out, they gave me a 'coutesy' return label only to be resent to my house.

We arrived at 0850 and Mike was willing to open the store a few minutes early for us. We were looking for a new snorking mask for our cruise that was leaving that day because mine cracked. Mike was extremely helpful and easy to talk with. We ended also getting a new snorkeling bag and a pair of swim shorts for me. I would recommend this store.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff and good selections of diving equipment. The only problem I had was I could not find my size as I am skinny and wear normally xs. But my partner found a good wetsuit, vest and other things.

Living in Florida means free shore snorkeling/diving, & having Divers Direct gear-me-up with the safest equipment simply means any "oops" is entirely on me, so ... Divers Direct = Peace of Mind !
