I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received from representative Shiva at the gun counter at Bass Pro Shop.
From the moment Shiva handled my driver's license, I felt judged and disbelieved. He made strange faces and expressions, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Throughout our interaction, he demonstrated a lack of willingness to go the extra mile to assist me. His poor customer service has led me to reconsider future visits to this location.
As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially from a store that my family and I have grown to love. Shiva's attitude and behavior fell short of my expectations, leaving me feeling disrespected and unvalued.
Unless improvements are made, I regret to say that we will likely take our business elsewhere. I hope that Bass Pro Shop will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve.
I’m giving 1 start because I’m not allowed to give zero, but after today’s visit that’s what they’d deserve.

I stood in line for a hour without any sales rep asking me for help in the gun sales area.Then after I waited a hour a rep advised me I have to sign in to a waiting que which they have a sign located in a bad spot where customer can’t see which created a poor experience

Entertaining for kids with their numerous real stuffed animals and large aquarium and waterfall! Classic visit for our family on holiday.

Everything you are looking for for fishing and hunting in an exquisite environment, fish in an aquarium inside the store and a restaurant with dishes that cannot be refused.
Fishing from the smallest hook to marine boats of all sizes.
Hunt all the equipment you need from appropriate clothing to a wide variety of pistols, rifles and carbines, all the ammunition you can think of.
If you are a lover of the sector and you are in Florida, you cannot ignore a view, you will surely take something with you.
