“Great unit, great gym, wonderful management, sweetest concierges, and outstanding maintenance and cleaning team! This bldg has def had its ups and downs, but after living here 3 years I can tell you that since the new management took over, the transformation in the building has been incredible. They’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the bldg a better place to live. Bldg and amenities are always clean. The parking garage isn’t great, but it’s managed by Dania Pointe and not Avery. Specifically there’s wayyyyy too many speed bumps (a ridiculous amount in such close proximity to one another-takes 3 business days to get in/out of garage) no garbage cans on the levels where the residents park, and the gates are usually broken. With that being said, parking and guest parking is easy, I always get a great spot. Love my apt, very very happy here :) Also location location location!”
“Absolutely love this apartment complex and the staff who run it. We feel so loved here and a part of the community. Have to specifically mention Jennifer at the front desk who pampers our beagle everyday after a walk with a treat without fail! She makes our days so much better and always has a smile to share with everyone! ❤️”

“I have lived at this property for over 3 years, and have no complaints. Although management has changed a few times, that still has not taken away from the peacefulness of my apartment. It is very safe with rarely any exhausting issues related to staff or neighbors (we are all humans and make mistakes at times). What's more exceptional about this complex is the maintenance crew consisting of Alex, Yuni, and Orlando. They maintain professionalism at all times and go above and beyond for the tenants with timely resolutions of maintenance issues. Honestly because of them, I would recommend living at Rosemont Siena Cove 100%!!!”

“The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”

Always a pleasure to deal with him as he’s always been there when we needed help with anything - this was last week I’m assuming as I already submitted that our blinds still need to be replaced as it’s the same two and it’s the units not the blinds.
