Carlos , the general manager was awesome !! Helped me out when it was dark and pretty tough to get it done .. Was kind , courteous and professional.. Very nice crew here at the Dania Pointe location. Highly recommended

I must say that my experience @ this particular store was amazingly successful. The cashier I spoke with ( forgot his name ). Was very helpful and actually worked with me on finding the parts I needed even though they were Not in the computer by name .He took his time & we found a solution for me. Thank you. They are pretty good there on a whole also . It’s my pleasure to share this experience because it’s an honest one . Not just some Puff piece.Big L.A. Got The Munchies thanks you for getting me back on the road again !

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I visited the store 12/11/23. At the time two employees were there. Neither one of them did not greet when we walked in. Then when I began to ask questions they were very uninterested and nonchalant. One stated he knows absolutely nothing about cars so he is unable to help. I don’t expect anyone to know everything but if someone is working in this industry you should know a little something. He stated he had a headache and was just out of it. I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were working the evening shift.

11/13/23 around 1:30pmVery uncomfortable experience, the customer service was extremely petrifying, or maybe the clerk hates his job.I came in because my Nissan wasn’t starting up, and i finally got a jump to finally arrive to this Advance Auto Parts. Granted i was extremely stressed out and anxious my car was done for.I walk in and saw no one inside, until this talk dark hefty worker comes from the back. He looks at me with two heads, and silently walks to his stationed register. I’m thinking “umm this is weird, but let’s go with it..” I go up and tell him something might be wrong with my car battery, and need a quick diagnosis on what’s going on so I can buy a new one. He agrees to check it out with his equipment.We go outside, popped the hood, and i’m standing there next to him to look at what’s happening. He says “Back up” …. I stepped back. Very strange.He tells me it’s my alternator…… that’s strange? I just got my car 2 years ago.We head back inside, he swivels his large body into the door and the door shut in my face. That’s nice of him.I asked what to do next. He said there’s no alternators left at the store, and then he just picked up the phone to start helping someone else.I walked out. No goodbye, no thank you. And your diagnosis was wrong. It was the battery. Thanks for the help.

The employee named Christian Gruber-Gomez is a horrible employee. He doesn’t know anything about cars. I asked him for multiple parts he doesn’t know what I’m asking him for. He gives me attitude and by far the worst customer service ever. As long as he works there I will no longer continue to go to this store. He is awful. Please hire someone who knows their knowledge of vehicles or at least knows what they are doing. He sucks.

Bad customer service. The guy with all the hair didn’t help you at all. I know it’s Sunday and he probably doesn’t like to work at Advance Auto Parts. I bought not a cheap article and he wants me to put it myself on the bag. Rude attitude also You have to beg to get helped. Never I will buy anything here again. Also if I have any questions he said go to the website. Very rude and very bad customer service.
