Horrible customer service the clerk almost knocked my niece over my niece apologized I tell my niece it's not her fault it's the clerks fault and she should be the one to apologize the clerk never did get to the counter to pay and the clerk a Russian or Jewish clerk throws the bags on the counter because she don't want to bag our stuff than turns and tell the young black boy to bag or stuff which he even barely put or stuff in a bag the worst experience ever they really should be closed Horrible customer service and of course I reported this to the bbb and will be looking to contact corporate no child from out of town should have to feel disrespected because of an adults ignorance

It’s hard to find love in labor, and this is why machines will take over cause a single human couldn’t understand what customer service is. If I could give a negative star I would. Only 7/11 that doesn’t do cash back when the register asked you. The nastiest disrespect ever as well. Who ever manages this store needs to really look and analyze their employees including themselves. Looks like he hired the homeless that stay in the area.

Poorly ran location. Half the self serve machines are broken and food has been sitting out for hours. Staff carry attitudes and don't hold any accountability. They will put their hand up and walk to the back office when called out on their mistakes. Get better employees here.

Offer says large coffee and ring donut for $2.50. But I was told the offer expired and the clerk tried to charge me an extra $2.50 for a donut. I didn't need it. I already bought a larger size coffee that is enough for me.

I have come twice to this store at night where they always have a very bad attitude and they also serve very badly I am a frequent customer of 7 eleven stores today I went to buy and they only receive cash what kind of service is this when I went to pay they told me they only receive cash and pay with a 50 bill and they don't have change so I don't know why they have the store open they should close it then and not provide bad service

Owner is very disrespectful, he treats 7/11 customers like trash , he will not show any respect towards people shopping in his store and will threaten u with the cops when things don’t go his way even though no wrong was done he will call them… not to mention the penny handlers outside that he allows there . don’t shop here if you want a easy stop .

Do not buy gas from this store numerous of times I have went there and purchased gas and when I go outside to the pump it does not allow me to pump the gas and they tell me that I've already pumped the gas this morning I went there with my boss and she tried to purchase gas and I totally forgot to tell her not to from previous experience with me. the owner was there and was not respectful when we were telling him that we did not get our money for the pump how can it say that we pump gas for $50 and we did not even pump gas and only paid $20 and it shows this person from the last time who pumped gas statement on the pump then when he came out to see the pump statement on the screen then he wants to make excuses about the weather why it wasn't able for us to pump our gas so if we did not fight to try and get our money they would have stole our money like they did to me before do not pump gas at this gas station they STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
