Not surprised by the reviews here talking about the clerk pocketing cash. I placed an order for 10 waters and they sent juice. Worker tried to cover it up and wouldn’t exchange even with receipt.

Had a stopover in a hotel nearby and was looking for some snacks. The guy pulled the same cash only trick. Very weird dude. He needs to get fired ASAP.

Every time I go to this 7/11 during night time, the clerk puts a plastic bag on the screen/card reader and tells people cash only and hurries to toss the receipt in the bin once the transaction is done without even asking if they want the receipt. Sketchy, he could ask any price, the plastic bag on the screen hides it! Why does he need to wrap up the whole device in a plastic bag if it's out of order, can't he just put a sign so that customers get to know what they pay for? That's odd because in the day time, this card reader works perfect. It's dysfunctional only at night. Also, once I stopped there at 1:30 AM, and it was closed. Isn't 7/11 supposed to be open 24/7? That's the first time I experience this and I travel all over the country. I stopped going there as I don't feel comfortable.

This 7-11 is an absolute joke! I went there 3 times on different days at 3:00am to get some coffee and cigs before work and they were closed. 24hrs. means 24hrs! Don't even bother to give this store your business because they don't deserve it. Plus afterwards I heard from others that their prices are out of control. A store like this will be out of business soon for for both fooling and ripping people off. Disgusting!

Place is filthy, but in this neighborhood I guess that's the norm. The coffee pots have never been cleaned because your coffee taste like but crack water. At $2.50 for coffee, I'll just go to Starbucks.

Employees are great, but this is the most expensive 7eleven in the area. You would be better off going anywhere else! Also the homeless that sit by the door are the worst. Some guy tried to attack me today cause I wouldn't buy him a hot dog. 7eleven either needs to feed them or tell them to not hang out there.

There has been a lot misinformation flying around about this store and I have to admit, I got caught up in it too. I arrived at the store the other morning before 6 am and the entrance was locked, that does happen. The gentleman inside came over and unlocked the door and explained that only cash purchases could be made as the 7-11 franchise store wide systems update was taking place and credit/debit card purchases will not work until after the the main system update releases the store computers for card transactions. The one person everyone seems to complain about, is a very nice man from Russia. Before you rush to judgement, he does try to tell people what is going on with the system and he will offer you the option to use cash while the system is down and reprocessing, but some things such as the rewards points system won't be available either. Honestly, I did not care, he is a very friendly and charming man and I hope to enjoy future business shopping when I need a 7-11 happy moment.
