Very disappointed is putting it lightly. I’ve been doing business banking with Wells Fargo for over 18 years. Today I went to make a deposit as usual and was told my deposit slip was not completed correctly and therefore he could not make my deposit. WHAT??? He just kept repeating himself over and over. Total incompetence. Now I know why the guy in front of me was there for 15 minutes.

I feel like they have plenty of money and they don't need mine. At least that's how i feel treated when I i go in, like I'm a bother. I'll drive to Clermont or Zephyrhills if I need someone other than a teller. Sometimes i regret that too

Wells seriously needs to do better with customer service and the attitudes of those who work there. I can’t say which branch is worse, Dade City or Zephyrhills ┐(´-`)┌ I wish our employees banked somewhere else, that way we wouldn’t have to deal with bad service??♀️

The bank itself is pretty great, though I admit using the app is far better than speaking with any "professional" human being here. The app's services are great, and I don't have an issue with the service. Where my problem lies is within the employees. They have a tendency to not answer the phone or put you on hold just to hang up on you should you try to speak with a representative on any day ending in "ay". They also like to play the hold-and-transfer game with you, and it seems like no one has the time or ability to help with simple things like removing charges from your account or blocking services from charging your account. Certain bankers are amazing and helpful, whereas others really show were the chain's weakness lies.

Literally had the longest wait ever Just to not have money to give nor accept unless depositing a check. ATM doesn’t work when needed the most at this branch IN SPECIFIC. Why can’t I get the same good service at this branch that I receive at the Zephyrhills branch?!

The branch manager assisted me with a problem . He was very professional and efficient. I appreciate his patience and fast delivery of documents I needed . Other staff members very friendly.

Brought in an elderly gentleman who is a long term account holder there because he thought he left his ATM card in the machine. I asked one of the tellers if they service the ATM or outside company. Was told they service ATM and she would have someone check. We waited 20 minutes, no one came over to tell us anything. Went back up to same teller to see if anyone had checked, she spoke to someone in drive thru area. Came back out to say card wasn't in ATM. Apparently they were just going to let us sit there waiting since no one could be bothered to let us know.

I would go to the branch in Zephyrhills if I need something done even though this branch is the closest one to me. Last time I went there to do cash advance, the lady was not helpful at all. She basically told me she can’t find my country on the list where I needed to do my cash advance. Moreover she asked another lady there to see if they are allowed to do so. It was so unprofessional. I do the same transaction all the time at Zephyrhills and never had a problem. I definitely won’t go there again.
