Was told they'd rush to fill my daughter's prescription and it'd be 10-15 mins so I decided to run over to Winn-Dixie. I was at Winn-Dixie for at least 30 minutes and when I came back to pick up the prescription they told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes for them to fill it. I proceeded to sit there for another 30 minutes while my groceries melted in the car. They were all friendly but they sure were slow.

Two different staff at pharmacy, one says one thing, other gets mad at me because what I was told was wrong. I'm good, don't need this in my life. Publix bound.

They need to hire more people to answer the phone. Recordings that are designed to sound like people are particularly annoying and insult my intelligence. Other than that OK. Once I got a hold of somebody she was polite and helpful although she definitely sounded rushed. Not her fault and again probably evidence that they could use a few more humans in their employment. The trend of having a supposedly friendly and human sounding recording to answer the phone and shuffle people around and keep them on hold forever is across the board so I don’t guess that Walgreens can be held particularly responsible for that. On second thought – yes they can. They could break that trend LOL! Doubtful that will happen though.

Thank you, Amber (and coworkers) in the pharmacy at Walgreens on 301 in Dade City for awesome customer care! Today, while on vacation, I attempted to get a prescription refill only to discover it had expired. The doctors office said the new prescription was sent to Walgreens, however Walgreens had not received it yet. Amber answered the phone (not a call center - YEAH!) and took complete ownership of helping me. This included a follow up call to the doctors office and a call to me to give a status update. A near impossible task to for a normal human, but Amber and team didn't stop until they got my prescription. I'm grateful.

No thanks, I didn't want to buy anything anyways.. I feel like they should leave out a bell or something, because there wasn't a sales associate in sight.

Went in there for hair color, walked up to the register and noticed the clerk had to stop where he was going to wait on me. He was not happy! There was no hi how you doing....nothing! He asked if I wanted a bag like the bags came out of his pay. He told me the price, I swooped my card, he asked if I wanted a receipt,of course I said yes. I pick up my goods, he never said thank you, have a nice day , nothing! I made sure to tell him I would YELP the service and personally would never be back, to which he responded ...no skin off my back! I should of asked for his supervisor, but didn't. Yelp should work just fine.

Was told one hour wait fir medications then when returned it was gonna be another half hour before two of them were done so had to come inside and sit... Music really loud and dance abd electronic music doesnt seem to be appropriate for this place
