Carlos and Carlos Jr are awesome. They let us test drive our new van, come back the following day for a car seat test, and finally make a decision the next day lol. No high pressure sales here! They treat you like family, and even made sure we drove off with a filled gas tank. Very easy to do business with, and would gladly visit again.

Wow!! I don’t even know where to begin, exceptional service from the start to finish. I had the opportunity to buy two different vehicles from this place and they have been great since. During the process of buying Carlos guided me through it swiftly. Most often then not these car lots get a bad reputation but not this one. Definitely proved that this particular one isn’t like the rest. I highly recommend to anyone in need of buying a vehicle!!

Do your research. And don’t believe the car fax. And do your research on the financial institutions they are using. Unfortunately I didn’t. And having to get a attorney. 10,000 over real value. Said I could refinance it in a year. And no one will touch it. Because I am upside down on it.

They made this process so easy and it is a great place to buy a car great cars great people always smiling and happy answer any questions you need to answered My husband and I went to several different car dealership because our credit is challenged but we kept on coming back to Trebol and I’m glad we did I love what we picked we bought the 2012 Chevy equinox and couldn’t be happier Carlos is A great person not a pushy salesman let us take our time till we found what we wanna do for several months He is a pleasure to work with I recommend these guys to anybody you won’t be disappointed

I literally just came in to check out the Chevy Equinox SUV , I was then greeted my a young man as I was getting out of my car , I wanted to get to the point and look at the SUV ,once I decided I wanted to test drive the car because I was considering purchasing the car right after if it seemed like it was going to be dependable, I asked the sales guy for a test drive and he outright refused to let me test the car without a credit approval .... I mean really?! A 12 year old SUV ? New car lots let you test drive cars even if you don't buy them ..... That just tells me this place is run by a bunch of crooks if they want you to buy a car before you even drive which I will "NEVER" do so that's cool I'll give my money to someone else...... have a good day

Great customer service! From the moment i spoke with Carlos on the phone, I knew that I was not going to get haggled into buying a car. He was very honest and sounded trustworthy on the phone. My wife and I was a little uncertain to drive an hour to Dade City to check out a car from a dealership but decided to do it anyways. When we got there his wife greated us with a smile and the Carlos came to show us the car. It was what he had explained on the phone. Nothing was left out. We test drove the car with no problems. All i have to say is it was worth the 2 hour drive there and back. Very nice people him and his wife. I would recommend anyone to take the drive and check them out they will work with you and will not force you to buy anything you don't need just to get a commission.
