I purchased colortec solvent based pigmented acrylic concrete sealer. This product is TERRIBLE. I used 2 coats on my driveway and it leaves tire marks that cannot be cleaned even with a surface cleaner pressure washing. Looking at brochure and speaking to local rep they stated that the sand color is good for driveways. First of all the color is white. In speaking to support they stated I bought the wrong product. The CEO came to my home to see for himself. He is scrubbing the marks off!!!! He said no it's fine. SCRUBBING a driveway to get it clean who is going to do that everyday!!! This company is out to lunch from the top down. They will tell you to buy another product or use there cleaner EVERY DAY!!!. Bottom line is the product will leave you very upset and money poorly spent. If you like to scrub your driveway or pressure wash everyday this is the product for you!

I recently purchased colortec solvent based pigmented acrylic concrete stain. This product is TERRIBLE! Looking at brochure and speaking to local it stated that the sand color "turned out to white" is good for driveways. I applied 2 Coates and behold I have black tire marks that will not come off with a surface cleaner power washing. The CEO can out to look at the driveway. He determined that the product is fine because he was in his and and knees scrubbing the marks off in two little areas. WHAT! Hands and knees scrubbing AM I CINDERALLA AND TO BE WORKED BY EVIL STEPSISTERS!!!!! Who will want to spend time scrubbing a driveway! His next brilliant suggestion was to buy a cleaner made by colortec and power wash the driveway. EVERYDAY!!!! The marks come right back once you drive on it. After speaking to rep and CEO the stated I bought the wrong product and they will do nothing. No refund or even the attempt to send another product that may work! This company is out to lunch from the top down. If you like to scrub your driveway and your hands and knees and pressure wash your driveway everyday you love this product!! Unless you buy black paint then all you will see if the shaded tire mark area. Completely bad product terrible experience from product to customer service and any solutions from the company. You will be disappointed and money poorly spent if you decide to go with colortec or any Fenix Group products for that matter.

They are selling epoxy products that fail over and over. They are new to the business and have no business selling this or dealing with contractors. I can supply over 50 picture and videos. They are a smaller firm than I am or most . But they need turned into the State for business practices. There Regional rep would never sell it to me . He said it was bad product years ago. He was correct.

Spectular service great building, i was sitting in the lobby playing hearthstone i was up in tempo and had just dropped my emperor because i had so much value, but my enemy top decked flamestrike. so i hit the concede button meanwhile my concrete project was being finalized a 22x24x74 coffin made of concrete my mother in law had passed away and is afraid of wood so her housing is pure american concrete nothing made in china she was a marines wife and deserves a proper burial therefore i only buy american. No more pain for her i am so lonely.
