A friend recommended this company to me, and they really came through! Cindy and Simon were there for us every step of the way, whenever I called, they were there. When you are selling a very expensive Class A coach they are there to vet the buyer, take care of all the paperwork and essentially hold your hand through the entire process.Their service is worth every penny.

I have had the pleasure of trying to work with this company and while I can say I was originally impressed, that was not long lasting. I read all the fine print in their contract but they failed to do the same. Unfortunately we parted ways. Not sure why a company at this level failed to read their own contract. They resorted to blaming me for their on shortcomings.Response to owner's reply:Cindy, it's crucial for you to recognize that attempting to downplay your role in this situation is not appropriate. You initially provided me with a contract to sign, a contract that was created by your company to facilitate the sale of my RV. We both agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in that contract. However, there is no provision in the contract that grants you exclusivity to represent or sell my RV. After we had already executed the contract, you suddenly expressed a desire for exclusivity in representing or selling my RV. While you certainly have the industry expertise, it's important to acknowledge that you're trying to shift the blame and responsibility for your actions onto me, your client.Essentially, you have breached your own contract. I am aware that there is a clause that allows either party to cancel this agreement, in writing, without cause, unless there is a potential sale pending. However, invoking that clause was unnecessary because you decided after the fact that you should have exclusivity. In the market, there are numerous companies that compete daily for the same customers to buy or sell products, and they do not insist on exclusivity.This situation underscores that your capacity to efficiently market and sell an RV in the marketplace is lacking. I made it clear that if you were the one responsible for bringing a buyer to the table, you would be duly protected and entitled to your fee. I'm uncertain about what more any reputable RV broker would anticipate.Furthermore, for your marketing personnel to criticize and blame me, going so far as to call me "dubious," only reflects poorly on the integrity of your company.I don't often write reviews, but I believe it's important for the sake of my fellow RV enthusiasts that this is brought to light.Best of luck,Rudy

From the initial contact with Simon, I knew we were in good hands. Coming out of a horrible experience with another company, we were unsure about even entering into another ordeal. But with the request of NO money down, the professional writers and the amazing photographer they sent out, we felt we were on the right track with them. Cindy then stepped in to be our point of contact and stayed in touch with us, responded to every single text or call, communicated beautifully! Every single thing they said they would do, they have done. I will recommend them to anyone who has an RV to sell --- or wishing to buy -- as I can 100% say, they are the best! P.S. They sold our RV to a fabulous couple that we also had the pleasure of meeting!

A great experience with Cindy to introduce me to Duane at Central Florida RV and his staff purchasing my parents motorhome. Duane flew to Amarillo and drove back to Orlando. With my elderly parents not able to use it any longer. It was a blessing in finding these wonderful people, respectful and knowledgeable who made the introduction and deal initiate. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling their RV. Courteous, professional and communicative. This all from my returning Airbnb guests Chuck and Kay, Cindy came highly recommended and recently did same for them. Full circle!! Thanks. Referrals are the best!!
