As a Project Manager in unprecedented times, with the rise in steel, the ability to find tubing throughout the nation, they are always striving to do their best and inform the dealers and most of all the customers. I really enjoy working with all of them. It's been a tough year and they made it better with their professionalism, willingness to work together to take care of OUR customers. Yulianna is my favorite and Gerald has more knowledge than anyone in the industry. Thanks for being great partners.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Beware of this Company especially the owner / salesman . My building was installed by contractors that Mr. Bill hired at the time . They are not working there anymore because of poor workmanship. My building looks like S**** Lots of Crinkles and Bows. I wished I would have hired a different company to install my 30x40 building. Mr. Bill came out this morning 6/1/2020 and advised me that there is nothing he could do for me and that he would give me a $200.00 check for the damage they did to my gate . Mr. Bill showed no Remorse And basically he was rude to me . Unfortunately My wife and I will be taking him to court . Folks please beware of this Company !!!!! Also my building leaks in two different areas . One spot is on my brand new boat and the other leak is between the two 10x12 roll up doors. It wasn't leaking until Mr. Bill sent two of his repairman out to fix a major bow between the roll up doors . The repairman used a winch cable from the back of bldg to the top . Now the lower back of my building is bent/ bowed . And have two major leaks .

We are very pleased with our new 25 by 30 garage. Bill, Chrissy, and everyone who worked on it were very personable, polite and did great work! Ross came out and made a minor adjustment on the garage door in a very timely manner. The work started right on schedule and was completed very quickly. We highly recommend Metal Structures.

The company was good to work with however the end price was not what was quoted on. Contract. Concrete people arrived and we were told we needed fill dirt. Now needed a pumper for concrete which was not figured in and extra fill to raise apron to building. Workmanship superior but price more than stated on contract. Don’t know why we needed fill as building is higher than home. ????

So I was apprehensive about useing this company based on previous reviews. ( more like scared ) I liked the way the 40 x 40 buildings are constructed with the verticle studs placed in concrete pillars and tied together with the floor as one piece. ( Not bolted to the top of the slab like most others ) So I gave them a chance. I was promised that once my project was placed on the calendar, it would be completed in a timely fashion. It took a few months from the signing of the contract to the start of the construction. I was kept informed of the timeline. In the first week of December 2018 they broke ground and poured the concrete slab. Two weeks to cure and the building went up. Ross and the crew were great. Kept things neat and orderly. Building was completed on Jan. 3rd, 2019. I was pleased with the construction and the finished project. I have to say that Metal Structures delivered as promised to me. I waited to post this review to see if the building would hold up. Almost a year now. So far so good.

Great experience, owner Bill and staff were great to work with. The few issues I had they took care of and I was 100% satisfied when done. I recommend them to a friend and he had them do his structure too. I would recommend this company anytime!

I read the two unfavorable reviews on Metal Structures LLC. I appreciate the heads up and will not fall into a hole after being warned. This business sounds shady. I wanted to warn others since there is an ad listed in "America's Favorite Coupon Book" East Polk Edition. Sorry for the bad experiences. I am retired LEO and worked sixteen years investigating frauds. I would suggest considering a law suit about the gutters. It can be walked thru without an attorney in small claims at your county courthouse. Usually, the business will complete the work instead of going the distance. What is scary, this so-called business could even have a BBB rated listing, but I've learned the hard way that this does not mean anything. Pay the dues, get a rating! You can list your experiences with Metal Structures LLC on Angie's list, Facebook (free) and Craigslist (free). Most of the time, what goes around, comes around.

I wasn't planning on writing a review but I want to try to help out others before they decide to use Metal Structures LLC. I will keep this as short as possible, but there whole process is an absolute nightmare! The concrete people that they use, all the way to the installers. I don't have a single flat spot on my slab, it has dips and hills all throughout the 30x40 slab, and a pretty large crack across the slab and the owner Bill told me to refer to my contract, which basically says sorry about your luck. The building took almost 6 weeks to build. Every day they'd say they will be there tomorrow and then never show up, and then they finally come for a day, but never work past noon, then gone for multiple days again. Fast forward to the end, building is done, I had to have them replace the walk in door three times, the roll up door twice, there were all kinds of dents around the bottom where the building and concrete didn't line up, scratches everywhere, the screws go down the side of the building like a roller coaster, trim panels all uneven at the ground, the gable and roof vent don't even line up, galvanized metal in the build all flaking, multiple roof leaks, the worst part is the roof line. Don't ask me how, but they didn't line up the roof panels at all so when you look up at the roof panels they are all uneven, another long story short they agreed to put up gutters to hide their mess up, which I should've said no but I said ok and agreed to the gutters. But obviously they needed me to pay the final payment before they could do the gutters and stupid me gave them the benefit of the doubt and shook on it and gave them the final check. Well after many many calls that crew no longer worked for the company...shocking I know... and then said sorry there is nothing they can do since that's a side deal I made. Again I kept this very very short compared to everything that happened. Im honestly surprised this company is still in business, I have now talked to a few people that used metal structures and have heard nothing but horror stories. Metal Structures will tell you anything you want to hear to make you happy. If you question the owner Bill, he won't hesitate to go off on you. I would highly recommend going with another company. If someone wants to contact me to look at my building, Ill be more than happy to show you.

Nothing but roof leaks. I had to have the roof recoated with sealer. Go somewhere else and save headaches. Goes thru help weekly it seems

Never trust a company that wants to be paid in advance. each step of construction they wanted me to pay in advance. Even wanted me to pay his installers directly the minute they were finished. I was out of town. This guy is a real …….. Watch out
