Well, I had a great experience. The young lady was very helpful. So I gave the birthday charm to her on her birthday and she loved it, and I will give her the M on 12/22/23 for that is her wedding day and her last name will start with an M. Thanks again for your help.

10/10. I went there and it was my first time ver stepping foot in a jewelry store, and they women behind the counters helped me pick the perfect ring and even told me about a promo that allowed me to get a matching necklace or earrings for no additional charge. They did the best that anybody could ever hope to achieve in customer service!

We came into Kiefers trying to design a custom wedding band with stones I had. Aubrey was very helpful and determined to find me a design that I would like. She also took the time to organize our accounts within their system so that we could continue earning reward points.
