I have been a customer for 26 years. Is everything always perfect…No. Do they always correct issues and make it right. YES. I had another great experience today and just wanted to say thank you to the Jim Brown Chevy/GMC dealership. They diagnosed and repaired my truck today in lightening time (which I know isn’t always possible depending on part availability) and got me back on the road. Thanks to Service manager Shawn and team for always taking great care of me (and Sales for giving me a quiet place to work while I waited). All around great experience today and always. Thank you!

Sam Rhineberger & Dale Allison are fine fella's to work with, as are all the people in sales & service at JIm Browne GMC & Jim Browne Dodge. Just bought my wife a new AT4 and they made the experience more than pleasurable. My son bought a Ram 2500 from Dale it was awesome to work with such nice people. They worked quickly but efficiently to get us in and out of dealership. Thanks again for that small town feeling that is always apparent.

I purchased this vehicle with 30k miles and the check engine light came on and I get a engine power reduced warning within weeks of purchase, since (we are over a year later and 40+k miles) Ive been told several reason including a recall all of which have resulted in no change some have cost me several hundreds. This last oil change we attempted a fuel treatment that resulted in the light returning before they even returned my car.

I went here with good intentions of buying a new truck. The sales team tried to tell me that due to supply and demand I would be required to pay full MSRP plus an additional 5k above MSRP for market adjustment and supply issues.
I advised them I would never buy a car under those conditions and after the pandemic they would beg for business like mine. Well here we are.
I own a new 2024 Silverado which I bought for almost 8k under MSRP. I’ll never walk into a Jim Browne dealership again. Good luck…..bunch of con artists!

I had a great car shopping experience at Jim Browne Chevrolet and I am soooo thrilled with my Chevy Express Explorer van! Tim Dayok, sales, helped me find the perfect vehicle and he was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. He even sat in the vehicle with me and walked me through some of the tech features. I also had the opportunity to meet general manager Sam Rhineberger who was very professional and offered assistance if needed. I usually dread car shopping, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is to car shop at Jim Browne. Even the finance portion was pleasant. I love my new van and I would give Jim Browne Chevrolet 6 stars if I could.

Scott with service is pretty great. I also think sales team member Caleb B who is not ones of those pushy sales guys is great and a to me a great asset to Jim Browne along with finance team member Joanna McKenna who was very fast , thorough and efficient with my new vehicle paperwork. I have been using Jim Browne for years and will continue in the future. My new vehicle that was purchased was my forth vehicle purchased and to be honest… they are good ole boys there that really treat you like family.

Tim was amazing, very personable and made the experience comfortable, quick and easy, so hopefully you get to meet him should you choose Jim Browne! We had inquired about a car a few weeks prior and ended up not going with it, but he ended up following up and found us something even better!
However, if you bring cash be prepared to deal with Steve Toney who will make you feel bad like you are inconveniencing them, making audible sighs while counting and makes it known that he would rather be doing anything else than taking your money. Be sure to look over your paperwork as well as he won't explain any of it and rush you out.

Easiest dealership we’ve ever worked with. They respected our time, didn’t keep us there all day, answered all our questions, and made us feel good about our decision to do business with them. Our salesman was Jeff Moreno and honestly, we could not have been cared for anymore than the service he provided. Steve in finance was awesome as well and shot straight from the hip. If you are looking for a very straight forward bunch of guys to do business with without all the smoke and lightning, this is your dealership! I highly recommend.

Called to schedule a service because I need one specific part fixed on my truck. They said because I didn’t have an extended warranty they would charge me $209 for a diagnosis fee. I told him they don’t need to diagnose it because I’m already telling them what’s wrong with it. They said it didn’t matter. That’s just dumb and I refuse to pay you $209 for you to tell me what needs to be fixed when specifically asking you to fix that part.

Happy to be a customer. I had a great sales experience starting online and finishing at the dealership. My salesperson, James Vaughan, was awesome! Bravo Zulu! These are some good folks at this dealership, and would be happy to make the drive again for the next Buick Envista. Do not sleep on this car!

Took car into Jim brown chevy in Dade city Florida after I took it to midas in Lakeland Florida for my mother witch is 74 years old midas put two water pumps on and still couldn't stop the god Awfull noise it was making. Then we took it to Jim brown chevy of Dade city and they could not find the noise and while they were replacing things they caused an oil leak we picked up car I checked it out for my mother and seen it was leaking oil really bad so put it on a trailer and took it back to Jim brown and now her car is making a worse noise than when we took it to them in the first place I guess they don't care about quality just speed of getting it out. worst dealership ever let's see how long it takes them to get rid of this post
