“I took my watch in to the store on the 10th of January for a new band and they did have one in stock so they kept my watch and said it would be 7 to 10 days well now it will not be in and or replaced until January 30th. Not Happy No contact or update at all I have had to call them. Well I went back to get my watch today 1/24/24 and they did not replace it with the same band and then said that I gave them permission to change it for which I did not and they they said they record every phone call which I ask them to play it back and they would not. Because they know I did not give them permission to put a different band on it. And then ask me if I wanted the broken band put back on. Are you for real and then charged me for a very ugly band that is bigger than the watch. Went in today to pick up watch after band replacement which is not the right one and I am not happy at all and would like a refund as I am going to have to go to another jewelry store to get the correct band. And they totally lied to me saying that i gave them permission. I paid $42.80 for this ugly band. Since that bad experience I had with my watch band, They made good on it and fixed my my old band, Thank You very much for making me very happy.”
