I don't know how long these girls have been working at this drive-thru, my wife and I stopped by on Sunday and there were literally 10 vehicles in line waiting to get service! So we drove off! We were in the neighborhood Monday afternoon and tried to grab a couple sodas.. but apparently there was a Romeo in the car in front of us that had both of them completely wrapped up in conversation for 10 or 15 minutes! I don't know if he was trying to get him a date but for the love of God just get your damn number and drive off! Especially when they saw us pulled in.. and didn't give a s***! Lazy lazy lazy they cared more about their weaves and their tight pants then waiting on customers! If This Were my business, they would be gone!

New girl just dropped an entire 32oz drink in my lap, didn't even offer a frickin napkin to clean myself and my car, that now needs to be detailed!

This place is a nasty business that had a cooler down for over a week. Turn the cooler back on and selling the beer out of it has good beer. It’s not only unhealthy, but it’s probably just plain nasty. The ownership of this business is ignorant enough not to follow health code. It’s incredibly nasty. There’s trash packed everywhere. it’s basically accumulated filth.

I came through Monday around 4:30 pm. The girl working saw me come in but proceeded to the truck behind me. She talked to that driver for a few minutes and then walked to the counter. I thought she was getting ready to assist me, but she grabbed her phone, looked at me, and then went straight back to the truck. I have come here many times over the years and NEVER experienced such rudeness and lack of customer service. I asked loudly if I was going to be assisted and got no response, so I left. Oh, there was another girl in the little kitchen area working too oblivious to the cars waiting. Please speak with these girls about serving vehicles as they roll in and not picking and choosing. Speak to them about proper customer service. Hire respectful people, not lazy kids who only care about themselves and their boyfriends.

Slow service due to workers on their phones. You get better service if you’re a dude since they’re obviously dressing that way for a reason $$. Also heard they sell to underage kids and charge for things you never purchased. Not sure if they legitimately can’t count or are distracted by their phone or flirting.

It's nice when you don't have to get out of your car to get what you need but the wait is always long when the girls are always on there phone's futher more it's say's they close at a certain time and they were closed 20min. early this Saturday night and Mon. night what a big inconvenience very disappointed and this isn't the first time they should adjust there time on goggle.

Do you think the girls working here could get off their phones long enough to take care of business. Either they are on the phone and don’t notice you pull up or they notice but continue to text/talk on phone as they are supposed to be serving you. Don’t know if any other service based business that allows employees to walk around playing on their phone while they are supposed to be serving the customers. No wonder the lines are long and slow.
