Was told that it would be free if I was just dropping off my W-2s to be filed and it would be $90 if I want to have an appointment with somebody. Well I just dropped off the W-2s didn’t hear anything for over a week had to call them and now I have to pay $90 anyway and if you Want it taken out of your taxes then it’s another $35So they’re pretty much liars…. Avoid them if you can, Won’t be coming back.

I called before my appointment to see how much I will have to pay them and they said 79 but then after getting everything done they added an additional charge because something with the system. Whatever that means. Not coming back and won’t recommend

Wish I could give 0 starts. They are anything but tax pros after an hour and $75 later they couldn't give me any answers to the questions I was asking. They just kept saying words like " I don't know" and " maybe this might work" but here I am after the fact still trying to find the right answer myself and it's not like I was trying to do complicated taxes. Just try to find out what happened to my taxes why it changed so much this time but could get an answer from what they call a tax pro.
