Florida Dog With Style was recommended by a friend who takes her dog there to be groomed. I recently adopted a little rescue dog that was born with one eye and deaf from birth. He gets startled easy and does not like anyone touching his face or fussing over him. When I called Valeria to make an appointment for him I explained he has a few little "quirks" and I wasn't sure if he would let her groom him after trying to bite the vet on his first visit. (lol) She said she would be happy to try so she made us an appointment that was her last one of the day so she could spend a little more time working with him. When I brought him in for his first grooming before she even took him in the back she spent some time in the front petting him and getting to know him with me there. She had me pass him back and forth with her so he would know she is always going to give him back to me. It was very interesting how she was using this method to gain his trust. Well, long story short, I came back 3 hours later to pick him up and she was holding him in her arms and he was cuddling. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a groomer. Valeria, Thank You for spending so much time and patience with my little Bandit! I think he enjoyed his first day at the spa! I have already recommended Florida Dog With Style to some other friends. What a wonderful experience for both Bandit and Myself!

They did a terrific job with my 2 miniature schnauzers. I brought them in looking pretty rough and was really impressed with the job they did. My pups looked so pretty!

Alisha has always done a wonderful job grooming our Dakota. She is the only one the Dakota would let trim her nails! I have an older pug that hates to have her nails trimmed. She is going deaf and blind. They were so kind to her and trimmed her nails without upsetting her. They are the best.

Absolutely amazing experience! Took my parents dog in for a much needed hair cut. It was a first time experience for them as well as their 12 year old doggie! Extremely surprised by the outcome and little hair bows and bandana made the entire experience! Definitely will be coming back?
