“I first visited Chalet after doing a quick google search of flower stores a few weeks ago. I had walked into two other stores and had not been happy, but.. before I walked in, I was already impressed. The owner(s) decided to build a house in the city, with a beautifully manicured yard that you would have to see. Once I got inside the first time I was greeted by the owner who was incredibly friendly and went through the options and asked me all types of questions as I had mentioned I wasn't sure what to get. She also asked me on budget, without trying to pressure me into any category. The nicest thing I've heard someone say, was when she recommended I wait until the afternoon that day as she would have fresher flowers by then. Once I received the flowers I was very happy with the selection, and my wife was incredibly happy as well. This had me decide for Valentine's Day I had to come back! Before I came back I called ahead and asked again for her thoughts and she guided me based on a few questions to a fantastic solution. She also asked again on my budget, and made it based on this. The picture I have is based on $100, which I find incredibly reasonable. Today when I picked up the flowers, the store was very full, but the owner (and daughter I think?) had brought in extra help in anticipation of the volume. I was apprehensive on my wait time as I pulled up, but was helped rather quickly, and was very happy to hear I hadn't been forgotten from last time! I've recommended several people and will continue to as this will be my go to place, and I'd recommend the same for others, as it's definitely the best in Pasco County!”
