Simply wanted to say that it’s rare these days, versus 5-10 years ago, that you receive actual “customer service” the way it’s meant to be provided by a business. DCL and especially James & Evette are definitely the exception because they are always welcoming you with a positive attitude, knowledgeable about what they’re selling and make the overall experience pleasant. Employees like them are again, rare these days so I would hope ownership acknowledges their well deserved praise. They’ve definitely earned it!

Made a late night run for a few things and I forgot my shirt. Miss Iris was awesome and let me enter the store for my items. Always a good attitude and atmosphere from the staff aside from one employee who I believe has overcharged or did not give the proper change. Also have heard that people's debit card have been used or money transferred from accounts and it's with said employee. I really hope they can catch her and terminate her and allow evedence to authority to prosecute her for her thefts. I believe the owner is aware and not involved (hopefully). Only time will tell. I have never had a problem with any other of the employees and will be a returning customer. Unless said employee is the only one that is there.

Most of my experiences here have been good, both in the store and the drive thru. However, a couple days ago I did the drive thru and gave the woman $14 cash for something that should've been around $11 and change, just to be sure. I didn't realize until I drove away that their was no change in the bag and this was the first time ever that I didn't get a receipt. If you use the drive thru and it's a woman helping you, don't give cash. If you absolutely have to, ask for a receipt and check your bag before you drive off. It's pretty sad that anyone would have to check for that.
