I would have given 5 stars, but here is why...we broke down at the gas station next to the auto shop. My partner went over to ask for some help, and was denied. The guy behind the counter, short with facial hair, wouldn't do anything. Finally I went over to purchase 2 battery terminal heads, and a wire brush. A different guy helped me and was very friendly and helpful. We had been stuck in our vehicle for over 2 hours, with our 2 Shepherds, we had just left the vet. I guess I had to buy something to make them happy! Luckily we are only in Dade City once a year.
