Really need to consider having someone else answer the phone. What a tragedy of a person.

It's dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The store staff did not acknowledge me during my visit. The pharmacy staff was rude.

When filling prescriptions make sure you plan to be waiting for an hour. Never ever fails at this CVS location. On top of that they always have the worst attitudes.

I just moved to Florida 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to get my husband's diabetes medication filled since then. First it wasn't from a Florida doctor, now they don't take the insurance. So Ive been waiting 5 hours now for the prescriptions to be transferred! I'm trying not to be a jerk but my patience is getting thin.

The pharmacist has her hands full. There was a young tech he was very combative with the older tech.He also was incompetent. The pharmacist has to stop what she was doing to help me which he should have been able to do.We were sent to Zephyrhills what a night and day difference.I would bypass Dade city all together and go to Zephyrhills.

They don't even check, snd just go by their computer "on backorder". When if they physically checked, they ARE in stock! The worst drug store ,I ever dealt with!

We had the absolute most disgusting experience with a pharmacy tech who yelled at us after we waited almost 30 minutes for help. We pulled up at the drive-through to pick up our prescriptions. We waited patiently in line for about 15 minutes. It was 6:20 pm when we pulled up to the window on Friday, Dec. 15th. After helping everyone else in line, they closed the window on us. They put a sign that says closed for prescriptions. We were stunned, as we could see techs inside working. A hispanic lady came to the window and told us they could only help walk-ins. We were reluctant but agreed. Once inside, there is a huge line. We waited yet again for another 10 to 15 minutes. When it's our turn, a black tech told us that they no longer take Good Rx. She said that if we wanted a store discount that she couldn't help us. She said if we didn't pay now, we would have to wait for over an hour for help. We continued to talk to the hispanic tech. Then, the black tech yelled at us to step aside. It was extremely rude and uncalled for. We are disgusted by her poor manners and lack of professionalism. We have been long time customers of CVS, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!! We are transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy that has techs with more empathy and better customer service skills. This pharmacy is out of control!!! There is no excuse for the way we were treated. People with disabilities should not have to be forced to come in because you decide to close your window early. Ridiculous! NOPE! NEVER AGAIN!

That man with glasses is very rude, he simply tells you good for your medicine and they tell you that it is not available when they are already telling you that it is ready for the worst. And you have to wait there are hours

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy, not just in Florida, but across the east coast. My doctor sent two scripts last week. I received texts from CVS saying they received them, their link in the text said one was ready and one was delayed. I stopped to pick up the one that was ready and the tech said they didn’t have anything. I had my doctor send the script again and still, they say they don’t have anything. I dealt with two techs and my husband dealt with a completely different one. All were rude and unhelpful, along with giving incorrect information about the medications. HIGHLY recommend going to any other pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Always backed up inside and out with long waits, and the staff aren’t very kind. Can’t wait to switch pharmacies with new insurance!

They got the job done. I'm not sure who's having a problem with understanding 3×'s a day =90, not 15 or 30Whatever, eventually ? something will fall on someone's head, and a bright light will wake the deadheads!
