“They need to hire more people to answer the phone. Recordings that are designed to sound like people are particularly annoying and insult my intelligence. Other than that OK. Once I got a hold of somebody she was polite and helpful although she definitely sounded rushed. Not her fault and again probably evidence that they could use a few more humans in their employment. The trend of having a supposedly friendly and human sounding recording to answer the phone and shuffle people around and keep them on hold forever is across the board so I don’t guess that Walgreens can be held particularly responsible for that. On second thought – yes they can. They could break that trend LOL! Doubtful that will happen though.”

“This store has been here a long time, they've been a hub for the Hwy 52/I-75 intersection since I was young. Before that it was a crappy gas station and a waffle house. They have a Big Truck wash, trucker rest area, and showers for those overworked big rig drivers. Inside is a Dennys which is a review in itself. The store has all kinds of stuff a normal gas station has, but they also have a section all for truck drivers. Blinkers, DEF fluid, antennas for those CB radio guys.(how many are left?), and many other trucker essentials. The store has hot pizza, wings, and other hot food. Cold triangle sandwiches, fruit, salads, and a cup of boiled eggs to stink up the truck 220 miles down the road. My favorite thing about this store is the Cinnabon kiosk. Every day they have a person just working the Cinnamon roll counter and they are there for lunch too. If you've never been to Flying J do yourself a favor and come see the truckers oasis that countless OTR drivers have relied on for decades.”

“Mrs Susan was so great at Dennys! Seems like they are understaffed so I understand why our salad was missing from our to go order. Things happen. When I came back in she immediately apologized and made the salad, right then and there and gave me an extra salad and some strawberries for the trouble. In this day and age, it was extremely refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work, is professional and respectful. I will definitely come back next time we come through.”

“Thank you, Amber (and coworkers) in the pharmacy at Walgreens on 301 in Dade City for awesome customer care! Today, while on vacation, I attempted to get a prescription refill only to discover it had expired. The doctors office said the new prescription was sent to Walgreens, however Walgreens had not received it yet. Amber answered the phone (not a call center - YEAH!) and took complete ownership of helping me. This included a follow up call to the doctors office and a call to me to give a status update. A near impossible task to for a normal human, but Amber and team didn't stop until they got my prescription. I'm grateful.”
