Martha and Laura are wonderful people and since the 1st day we met them they have been so helpful and attentive to our needs. They set up two demos with us when we were in the market for a coffee/cold beverage/paper good/equipment supplier. They demonstrated how to make so many drinks and we even got to taste all of them. When we placed our first order, they were flexible in setting up a date and time for our delivery and went above and beyond in helping with setting up equipment we ordered from them as well! So glad to have found them as our main supplier and excited to do business with them!

I love that this is a family owned company. I spoke with Martha the other day about coming down to check out their warehouse. Laura showed me around and told me what they had to offer. Laura let me sample some products that I was interested in. She was very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you!

As a supplier of parts to this company we have found Coffee International to be abusive. They have ordered parts from us with accurate descriptions and then complain because they didn't read the product description. Then they make false allegations that the parts are not as described and make a credit claim and fail to return the items they ordered. It's dishonest and a refusal of this company to take responsibility for decisions they make.

I’ve known the owner of Coffee International for over 20 years. Martha is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I’m so happy to do business with them. Their customer service is truly one of a kind. Excellent customer service, along with good quality products is hard to find anywhere.

I have known the group at Coffee International Inc. for years. The owner has been in the business most of her life and has a deep rooted knowledge of the industry. The products are excellent, as well as the customer service. Highly recommend this company.

The lady that owns this place is name Martha she treats her employees like they are dirt! Her customers ...she tries to overcharge all of them ?please please I beg you to go someplace else and not put a dime in this woman’s pocket

I was very fortunate to work for Coffee International a couple of years ago.I didn’t have any Coffee Service experience neither did I drink coffee back then!However, Martha gave me the chance to work for her as a business consultant and she also took the time to work with me directly in the field until I was ready! She is a great employer and cares for her employees. I can attest to that.
