Paid 350.00 for a cover to keep critters out from under my home and they cut big holes in the tin for the wires, totally defeating the purpose of the cover. It looks like crap! Then he wanted to spray orange filler in around it and make it look even worse than it already did. I told him no, I do not want orange crap gooing out of the holes. Now I need to find a company that knows how to do it right

We lost power due to a very close lightning strike from Hurricane Debby. We called around 3pm to report the outage. Zac was the only on call tech available and was slammed with morning calls. He told us we would hear from the office in the morning. We were resigned to a warm night. Then at approx 615pm Zac called and said he could be at our place in 5 minutes. We were thrilled. Zac was pleasant, professional and a huge asset to Chris' AC. Thank you Zac. You ROCK!

I have used Chris AC since 2017…. They have all been good over the years. However, this afternoon I am very disappointed. I had a maintenance scheduled with Morgan this morning. He came then started working on the AC in the garage. I have 3 children on autism spectrum
So my caregiver explained to Morgan that she had to close the exit door to garage because my son is an elopement risk and will leave the house if the door stay open.. a few minutes later Morgan knocked the door when we opened , he told me that he didn’t feel comfortable completing the maintenance because he heard my son throwing a tantrum/screaming when he was outside and he heard my daughter tell him that there was no reason to be violent/scream because he had screamed. Morgan told me he did not feel comfortable. I reassured him that my son is not violent but he will scream because of his autism. But he still left. I’m very disappointed today. I think there aught to be some education on autism as it is on the rise and you never know , it may be your child or family member next. Would you move out of your house and leave your kid there if it was your family? It’s one thing if the kid was talking , being rude of disrespectful to him. He just screamed because he wanted to get a remote and had no language to say so.My son never talked to him or even get close to where he was. Very disappointed!!

I’ve used Chris’ since I moved into my house and they have all been awesome. Today I had an issue and everyone I spoke to was very helpful our technician Dakota was very knowledgeable and helpful today with what was going on and how we could keep it from happening again. I’ll never use another HVAC company the team at Chris’ is the best!

Morgan, the technician from Chri's Air just finished fixing our air conditioner. We are very happy with the service we received. Morgan was very courteous and knowledgeable about the problems we were having. He's the guy we'll ask for the next time we need any service.

Joe the technician from Chris's came out this morning to service our air conditioner. He was prompted courteous & extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail & show us pictures of the inside of the system ?. We highly recommend this company and the technician named Joe. Are unit is running smoothly & efficiently! We will only use this company in the future.

Called Chris's AC for estimate on new unit. We felt something not working correctly with our current a/c. Robert H. Tech not only checked inside of unit BUT even went in crawl space to check duct work and possible issue.
Was honest and gave us excellent advise and no charge.
We are very impressed with young man and when ready or any issues won't hesitate to call C/AC

Chris's replaced my HVAC system a year ago. The installation took less than a day and it was like they were never here (except I now have a highly functioning system that lowered my electric bill by 15%). A clean and well executed job! My complementary 1 year checkup was done yesterday. Dakota was the technician that came out to perform the service. EXCELLENT communication before and during the call. VERY sharp, polite, professional and personable gentleman. He was very thorough and handled the job efficiently. He explained everything he did along with rationale as to why. EVERYONE I have dealt with at Chris's either in person or by phone has been accomodating and extremely professional. This is a class act of a company! My dad owned and operated an HVAC company specializing in residential sales and service. From the time I could hold a hammer, I was taught the trade and was "slave" ? labor until I turned of legal working age at which time I went on payroll. I KNOW what you guys are supposed to do and you do it VERY VERY well! In fact there are a few things I would proudly steal from you to use in our business except my dad retired back in the 80's... ? You all should be proud of how well you work as a team. You are fortunate to work for such a great company! Godspeed!

Patrick McCue- My wife and I can not give Chris a/c and company no less than a 10 star rating. After the company that installed our a.c 5 years ago came to repair a breakdown and told us it was a big issue and I should invest in a new unit even with 5 years left on the warranty , I talked with Melissa at Chris's and she told me the repair was not expensive and the unit would be fine and she was right ! 10 star to her and Dakota the tech , who did a professional job saving us thousands of dollars- can not thank you both enough but I can tell the world- they are pro's.

Dakota from Chris’s AC is excellent. Really professional and also really knowledgeable at his job. He talked to me like a human and not like he’s trying to upsell me, sometimes that’s a fear as a woman! He was efficient and explained things well. My A/C is fixed brand new. Awesome experience!

From start to finish, excellent service! Customer service is amazing. The installation went in without any issues and the workers were very polite and helpful.
