“I would have given 5 stars, but here is why...we broke down at the gas station next to the auto shop. My partner went over to ask for some help, and was denied. The guy behind the counter, short with facial hair, wouldn't do anything. Finally I went over to purchase 2 battery terminal heads, and a wire brush. A different guy helped me and was very friendly and helpful. We had been stuck in our vehicle for over 2 hours, with our 2 Shepherds, we had just left the vet. I guess I had to buy something to make them happy! Luckily we are only in Dade City once a year.”

“Not only did I get the right parts, David at Dade City Advanced Auto who I ordered parts from - he was very knowledgeable and efficient- got my parts and I handed him a $10.00 bill - which I thought was $100.00 for $70.00. I am in a wheelchair and could of swore it was a $ 100.00 bill, but I was right in front of him and thought I probably dropped it at home when placed in my pocket- well I put everything on credit and went on my way. Well, because of my phone for savings, a lady named Karen called me from the store and told me that David found it - right where I was paying! Again I got the right parts and got money back!!!
