“Mr. Cruz stopped by after calling yesterday saying the our dryer was spinning and not heating up. He showed up after having another appointment in Lakeland, telling me he would call when he gets at our house which he did. He was professional, courteous and explained what happened to our dryer. He diagnosed the issue as soon as he took the back panel off, went out to the truck, got the part, replaced it then tested the unit to ensure it continued to work. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Fast and reliable service!”
