Bad experience, they delivered my Escalade super quickly because it was blocking the exit of other vehicles and there was no time to check it and I got in quickly and went home, and when I arrived I realized that they scratched the left side and Obviously they will not be responsible because I did not complain at the time of delivery... so Bravo ? they simply do not work

This experience was executed with such perfection. The pickup of my vehicle was cordinated in less than 10 mins. Not once did I have to call for an update. Updates were often. Once my car was fixed, they arranged to pick me up. Well run team, working together for the customer.

The mechanics at this dealership could never figure out what was wrong with my brand new Yukon xl. They would give me the car and as I would drive home my check engine light would come on. They would have my car for weeks, sometimes months at a time and give me a very small SUV as a rental - ALWAYS DIRTY. I paid so much money for my cars and have purchased 5 cars from them and this truly was the worst experience. The advisor was always good with us, but the mechanics aren’t able to be effective at their job. In the first year o had me new car it was in the shop 6 months causing so much disruption in my life.
