So disappointed, my dad passed away last week, I wanted to print his picture and they said it will be ready by 6:15 the same day, when I went, they said they didn’t have the materials , they wanted me to come back next day at 8 am, when I went next day the said they didn’t have the materials yet, they told me they could give me the picture but with no wooden hanging frame. They gave me a 50% off but they gave the picture in an envelope, when I wanted to open the envelope to see the picture, this is what I found, all the ink was fresh and it never dried, as a result, I couldn’t use the picture for my dad’s funeral and you can see the picture below.

For some reason, the tech was telling me a medication would be there the next day. An entity;(gastro health) called to say when did i want them to deliver my prescription. Didn’t understand why they were calling me since at the doctors office ask which pharmacy i used and sent the prescription to walgreens as i requested . Went back to walgreens as the tech said come about 1:00, only for them to tell me I need to call this entity(gastrohealth) because they had already charged my insurance, to reverse the charge. And the medication the walgreens said they didn’t have, they did. Why did she lie? Paid for the prescription that she said would be there the next day, and left. Never to return again.

Terrible service at the photo department and older lady came up to me w no type of help just saying the camera it’s broken when I saw it in use the day before of it’s honestly sad at this point workers you guys have in your store they should be a lil bit more polite in my opinion. ( Passport pictures )

My experience in this place in the pharmacy was very bad, the pharmacy staff is poorly educated, without professional ethics, since they don't even know where they are, they can't help you and the pharmacy doctors there seem like they didn't go to university. They don't even take phone calls

Drive thru is ridiculous! Expect 30 to 45 min wait for nothing! They do not like the work they have, they seem miserable and are always backed up even when there is no reazon to be.

My name Nestor Febles i am depende on insulin in last two or three months i havea lot of problem getting insulin in the month of may i had two occasion without the insulin (victosa) ,when they told me they were two pens the gave me only one pen two week later gave me another ,They gave me one only (pen) although the prescription said two pen i make wallgreen responsible to sanitas medicare center for anything that hppens to my life to my health alredy had my life.A diabetic person like me can't without his medicine for one minute i use three type of insulin and vey sad that a company like wallgreen has an honest unprofessional person in that locality

As other guests have noted you cannot go in the store without running into someone asking for money. The pharmacy is also a mess. They provide conflicting information each time you call based on who answers. Nobody accepts responsibility. Even when you go in person. Their system contains inaccurate dates. I was assured notes were being entered in order to avoid further issues but apparently "notes entered" vanish from their system too. This system goes out periodically for days at a time.They simply close the store and no one answers phones, which also creates a problem when you try to pick up from a different location since they require the store to cancel their order before the alternate location can proccess it. Completely unacceptable, very frustrating and time consuming. It also results in missed doctor visits since I am required to bring the medication to my appointments. Zero stars would be a more accurate rating.

BAD PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE!!
PHOTOGRAPHY IS AN ART.
THERE ARE NO CONDITIONS FOR A GOOD PHOTOGRAPH.
THERE SHOULD BE A MIRROR WHERE THE CUSTOMER ARRANSES FOR THE PHOTO AND THERE IS NOT.
KINDNESS. IF THE PHOTO WAS NOT GOOD, KINDNESS TO THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED FOR THE SERVICE TO BE GOOD. DON'T BE UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE THE CLIENT WANTS TO REPEAT THE PHOTO BECAUSE THE CLOTHES WERE BADLY ARRANGED AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAS NO COMPETENCE TO REALIZE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS DISARRARED. “They didn't give me training to take photos” AND WHY DID THAT UNTRAINED EMPLOYEE THROW IT OUT?? MISTAKE. JUST USE COMMON SENSE AND ENCOURAGE THE CUSTOMER TO DO BUSINESS, BUY AND SPEND IN TRADE.
RESULT: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ALGREENS AND LESSLY THE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE.
I HOPE THEY OVERCOME IT.
