Went to the pharmacy. Tomas and Ileana really took care of fixing a mess MDNow Urgent Care made with a couple of prescriptions for my 10 month old baby. Tomas called MDNow and resolved everything on a timely manner. Thanks for doing that.

Received a message saying the prescription was ready. When we got there nothing was ready and they said the pharmacist had to put in a code and she was on break and It would be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes my wife inquired about the whereabouts of the pharmacist. We were then told it'll be another 30 minutes. When the pharmacist did stroll in in very leisurely fashion it had been a total of 50 minutes , Then they proceeded to wait on everyone else but not take care of the people that were supposed to be prioritized and already waited their place in line. It's a classic example of bad attitude and the left hand not knowing or caring what the right hand is doing. My wife noted plenty of shoulder shrugs and just flat out ignoring people that were supposed to be taken in order. My wife was having multiple issues with a high blood sugar and it was affecting her greatly and this place caused her extreme stress. I was the only one that was able to get anywhere when I went in and expressed myself firmly. I feel it was a circus and they were getting passive aggressive enjoyment out of tormenting my wife. I would not recommend these folks unless it's the only shop on Dixie Highway open and you need medicine even worse than We did! Horrible service NEGATIVE 5 stars if it was possible. The only reason we used Walgreens is because we were on vacation.

I try not to give negative reviews as much as I can but I have to comment on the Pharmacy at this location. A prescription was called in yesterday to the pharmacy, went today to collect it and was told a prescription was not received. Called the doctor's office and confirmed that prescription was called in, and was even given the name of the person who took the info. Returned to the pharmacy and asked for the person by name and was told that person wasn't there today, and also told that I should call back the doctor's office and ask if they called in the prescription to CVS!!!! What kind of foolishness is this?? I will be moving my business from Walgreens because of poor customer service and I don't like having my intelligence insulted!

ABSOLUTELY DREAD THIS STORE These days!!!! I have been using Walgreens for a long time and it was always proficient. I understand COVID changed many things. However Walgreens corporation has taken it upon themselves to task their pharmacies with many more duties relating to COVID. In turn they have not hired the staff to assume all new positions related to COVID. Therefore they over work their staff (probably at the same pay) and neglect the customers that's are there just to business with the pharmacy in regards to prescription medications. I now dread going to Walgreens for anything. And even when you call to do refills over the phone, they keep you on hold several times until they eventually hang up on you! Totally unprofessional and I'm sure all pharmacies are the same since COVID. Sucks there aren't any more mom & pops pharmacies who always kept it real with their customers.

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. This Walgreens never NEVER answers the phone. It is so inconsiderate and their is absolutely NO excuse for this service. I was on hold for over an hour!!! They answer and then say please hold numerous times. It is actually incredible that these people get payed to sit and do nothing. They can't even answer a phone. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I have never had a good experience! Time and time again they lie to you say whatever it is you want to here just to move you along. This is a disgusting place!!

The pharmacy needs to get it together!!!!!!!!! And STOP TAKING 3 hours for each order they have. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the last three years that I have been living in Cutler Bay it has not changed!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER im only giving it 1 star to write this review, ive been in the line for 35 minutes now. SMH

Worst pharmacy in the history of Walgreens. Extremely long wait lines inside, extremely long wait lines in the drive thru. Absolutely terrible. The staff isn't rude, I think the issue is that they are understaffed. I feel bad because it is not the employees fault and always has to hear complaints from the customers. DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS AND HIRE MORE STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE LONG WAIT TIMES. This is ridiculous.

Worse Pharmacy in the Walgreens Chain of Stores They have the absolute worst Pharmacist with the worse accent answering the calls. This man (from India I believe) would rather die than help a customer with their Rx concerns. He's rude and ineffective and does not represent this wonderful chain of customer based stores. He needs to go!!!
