“Mechanic was very honest and went out of his way to complete the work on my schedule so I wouldn’t be without a car. He even avoided inconveniencing me with a card fee. He didn’t try to upsell me and was thorough in diagnosing the issue. It turned out to be a simple battery issue due to a loose negative terminal, even though I initially thought I needed a new starter because someone tested my battery and said it was fine before i took car to him”
“Came in for an A/C diagnosis, noise in the brake rotors, and a faulty TPMS sensor. Considering the amount of work needed I was quoted a very fair price and they managed to get the work done by the next day. They followed up on their work a week later to make sure everything was in order and I informed them I was still having issues with the TPMS sensor and they asked me to bring the car in as soon as I was able to. Went back in and they managed to fix it and get me in and out within 10 minutes. They're willing to answer any question you have and are very professional and caring. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic!”

“Wife and I were headed to Key West when we heard a flapping noise under the engine. Pulled over and the lower engine cover was disconnected. Couldn’t drive there like that so we started scrambling to find a shop that would help us. Being 5:45pm, most shops were closing and no one would help us. “We were towing our 30ft travel trailer from Key West to Miami and the overdrive in the transmission went. It was Friday night at 5:30 when I called and spoke to Tom the owner. I was amazed someone even picked up. He couldn't have been nicer and listened to my issue. He told me to drop the truck off on Monday morning at 9am and he had everything in stock as they rebuild these all the time and would have the truck back to us on Tuesday evening before close of business? We were skeptical but we were stuck. We dropped of the truck and checked in a couple of times with Tom, and he said everything was on track. He was still very pleasant even though I know I was being a pain!! He kept his word and had the transmission rebuilt and reinstalled by close of business on Tuesday. Charged us exactly what he quoted on Friday night!! We are still on the road headed home to RI and the transmission is working like new!! Tom you are a gentleman and a great transmission man!! “I discovered The Car Clinic when I was looking for shop to perform maintenance on our cars 2 years ago. I wanted somewhere close to home and they had great reviews, so I brought in my son's car. Since then, they have been performing routine maintenance and repairs on my son's and daughter's car. This month I brought in my new Ford Maverick for it's first oil change. I love that I can make an appointment online and it actually means something, unlike other places where you make an appointment but they still take hours to do a simple oil change. They contact via email to alert you to any needed maintenance they discover and you can decide in the link as to what you do or don't want done. Then they text you when it's ready. Very professional and very clean and organized shop. Looking forward to many years of good service here.”
