Very good selection of Tobacco but the short old man is so rude and lazy ..the man has one job and complains too much if asked to grab cigars behind case … rest of staff is amazing. Thankfully his behavior lead me to a cheaper location.

I have only had good & professional experiences here. When I had questions regarding a product, I was given the time & information and their recommendations were well received. Prices are also less than other stores nearby.

I have been shopping at this Tobacco store for almost 3 decades. Over the past 5 or 6 years the quality of their lighters ($40 and above) has gone down tremendously! The last 3 lighters that I paid over $40 for broke within a couple of weeks. Also, I bought my husband and sister, what were supposed to be high quality lighters, they both broke within 3 weeks of purchase and they cost over $40 too. If they tell you something is high quality you don't expect it to break so quickly especially when they were never dropped or misused. If you want what you buy to last, don't buy it here.

Great store, loads of products, all the cigarillos and leafs are out in the open so you can feel them and ensure you are not buying a stale pack and are always stocked and have the most variety. My favorite smoke shop. Very reasonable prices as well.

I frequently shop at this location, love how convenient and availability of products I use is always in stock. However this Saturday 01/02/21 I had a terrible experience with the staff that assisted me who, was blond with pretty blue eyes. He was in phone when I entered store and felt like I was bothering him when I asked about cigars. There was a pack of podermo cigars sitting on top counter and I picked it up to looked at it he grabbed it out of my hands. He seem upset that I was bothering him. I then asked question about vapors and he answered me as I was stupid. He did seem to be happy he had a job and answered the black phone in his hand again as he range me up. I did ask if he was having a bad day but did not answer my question. I did not purchase just a cigar I spent over $35 this night and felt he was very rude for using cell phone as customers came in and out of store. I was disturbing him and he wasn't happy to be at his job. Very bad experience, will consider going to another smoke shop because of this experience of an unhappy employee. If ever I walk in there again ( probably not) and he is at register I will just spend my$$ elsewhere. Had to pick a star but this experience deserved no stars.
