I love the convenience of being able to make an appointment online. Again, they were running right on time. They were a little busy but Jaime took the time to greet me immediately both upon arrival and when I returned.

I recently bought tires and had an alignment.
I was pleased to shop and compare tires and to make an appointment online. I was even more pleased that they were running on time when I showed up for my appointment!
The shop was clean, the employees were wearing masks and the waiting was socially distanced but very comfortable.
Thank you for your your great quality, fair prices and very good customer service!!!

came in today for an oil change and tire rotation, marvin helped me understand what is the best oil to use on my car and made sure the service was done quickly . the customer service here is amazing and i would recommend to anyone who needs work done on there car to come to this location!

All I can say is the service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Scheduled my car for an oil change over the phone for the same day and was given a price. A few minutes later a rep calls me to confirm the appointment in which I did but was confused as to why when I literally had just hung up with someone. I get there the guy then gives me another price for the oil change and I explained what I was told over the phone but was like whatever because I needed it done. The guy gets my keys and take it to the service part to only come back and tell me they don't have my oil they ran out and I will need to reschedule. No apologies no nothing.. I was frustrated so I just left. I called the next day and spoke with a manager who told me yeah they ran out of it and it was too late for them to order it. I asked do you all not keep inventory of what you all have and why I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment. No explanation. I asked what can you do to make it right he says nothing. Still no apologies no anything. I asked for corporate telephone number in which he provided and I advised I would be giving this bad review on the location. He was like okay. I was like wow. They lack customer service skills. Just horrible. I advised all my friends and family members and even mentioned on social media. Not sure if all their locations are like this. It was a waste of my time and gas when I could've and should've just went to jiffy lube. This location may make it bad for all their locations.

My breaks went out 10 minutes away from this location and it was almost closing time . The manager went out of his way to get the parts in less than an hour and install them and get me back home to my family before the hurricane . I am truly thankful ??
