Good service, they have unique selection of shirt, not your big box store with the same stuff as everyone else. If you are looking for fly unique gear to stand out from the rest this is the spot to get it from. Love the vibe.

Buyer beware: I was served both an Instagram and Facebook ad for an adult sized New Balance 327. Upon clicking the link, the eCommerce portion also had an adult sized image as the thumbnail and no clear indication that it was a Grade School size. I received said pair and to my disbelief, it was a grade school sized pair of NB 327s. I emailed support for a refund but they said all they could do was offer store credit / exchange without shipping being covered even though it was their mistake. The page has since been deleted, but needless to say, this was a bad first impression and I would not purchase from this company again.

Bruh this place has the worst unwelcoming vibes lol. As soon as you walk in apart from the fact the store is dark no one greets you. While I was looking around there were two other potential customers in the store looking around aswell and an employee kept shouting over to the customers as they'd look in a new section that their sizes weren't there as if they were trying to avoid the customer from looking around and possibly messing up the clothes on the display. The two customers ended up leaving and I followed cause that energy was WACK!

Generated shipping label but did not ship out item(Sneakers). Contacted customer service 4 times to be told every time they would check with the shipping department and would follow up with me. Never followed up and would not let me speak to a supervisor.

I’m giving them one star because the clothes almost look just like they appear on the website. We ordered on 4/23, a total of 6 items at over $300, a little steep for clothes that aren’t that extravagant, but whatever it’s what my son wanted. Shorts for almost $100 with no belt loops, lol. Where’s the quality for the price? Anywho, we did get tracking information that said we’d receive the package Thursday but they came today (Wednesday), which was great I thought. Open the package which was way too small and we’re missing half of the order! I talked t customer service, Marge, who was super nice over the phone. She did inform me that order processing is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS guys (be aware of that) they don’t process on weekends. Also you will not see this on the site as of today!!! they might add it later on (hint hint SURVIVAL MIAMI)!!! She said there may be low stock no stock or whatever however I was not informed that my order would come Now and Later! They said I had no email listed but I got an order confirmation and text updates so not sure why I wasn’t informed of any issues with my order. They got me this one time, but I won’t be ordering from here again

Associates told me that I couldn't try on the clothes in the store because of COVID-19 which is understandable. Not a big fan of their return or exchange policy as the clothes don't fit.

It’s a sham, order and you’ll never get it. They’ll try to tell you it was delivered to the carrier but they didn’t scan it but still tell you it’s on it’s way. Just lies and still shows as label created status only after two weeks. Will get the credit card to cancel the charge. Fake store, all lies, if you want good advice, keep scrolling past this fake store.
