I am posting to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service I received during my visit to the copy center department at this location. I simply wanted to make 10 copies and the associate was uninterested in assisting me. The wait was excessive as I was the only person waiting to be assisted. When she approached me , I didn't even received a welcoming approach. I requested to have a few copies. She immediately said that I needed to make the copies at the self service copy machines. I requested the full service option, how I normally do in my past visits, where they actually will make the copies behind the counter and she declined to do so. She insisted that I make the copies at the self service with a bad attitude. Due to her attitude I requested a manager (Lina). After waiting 5 minutes for the Manager, Lina approached me and said "What happened?" Without even introducing her self in a professional manner. Not even a, How can I help you. Immediately noticed the same attitude the associate gave me. She said they couldn't provide me the full service option because it was less than 40 copies and needed to use the self service option. I expressed to her that I've been a customer for the past years and always used the full service option. The manager had an disinterested attitude toward my request and refused to assist me. Had no empathy what's so ever. Im trusting that someone from upper management will get the opportunity to read this post because I was both shocked and disappointed to have received such treatment.
I'm sure that this is not the way retail location does business and that someone from upper management will mention to their front end staff.

This Staples staff has helped me tremendously in getting all the necessary promotional items needed for my Non-Profit Organization as well as the classroom educational items needed for my students. The manager, Mr. Bill is well intuned with the needs of his customers. Most importantly, he cares about the community in which he serves. The manager at the copy center has a very bad attitude and is very rude, I do not recommend it. It is better to drive further and go to a place where they serve you with a good attitude

Staff very rude including the manager. They didn’t seem to care if the customers went back or not. No wonder Amazon is taking over all the businesses.

James in the printing department was awesome! I had a last minute order to print, he informed me of the steps I needed to do, ensured that the test print was exactly what I needed, helped me reformat the document, and once the test print was to my standards he proceeded with printing the rest of the order. It was quick, I had guidance, and the customer service was so great I came back to do another order (that I had more time to print in advance).
I do ask that people have patience with the team. Seeing how tedious printing can be along with how back and forth the process can be to ensure the final product is what you are looking for, I do understand why the line of customers can form.
I will definitely be back for more print jobs.

Gigi in printing was very incorrect about my printing job and I was still charged. I would not have printed if she would not have given me incorrect information that she was certain she was correct about.it was a waste of money. I ended up doing it myself and getting it right when I do not even have printing knowledge. Do not ask GiGi for help. She does not know anything about her position even though she works in printing. Go to an employee who is more knowledgeable or at least holds themselves accountable for mistakes. I was here previously 2 weeks ago. When an employee made a mistake/was wrong she did not charge me for the mistakes she made. I only paid for what was correct.
