“Walked in and was instantly greeted by Rain. She was very helpful and seemed to be a shift leader of some sort. Chanel was walking out who seemed to be going on her break but instantly offered to help Rain with retrieving my shoe size from the back. Really went out of her way to provide elite customer service! By far this is the best customer service I have received at a shoe store. I will most definitely make this my go to store for shoes! Thank you Rain and Chanel!”
“They have a decent selection of Jordans, friendly knowledgeable staff it was my son's birthday and he got a great pair of Jordans, we looked in Homestead and Cutler ridge mall nothing at Champs, Inline, foot locker, and so sad about City gear not the same and No shoes. “Went here looking for a specific shoe that they didn’t have in women’s section. Had to get them in the men’s section, and the employee was very patient with me until we found my correct comfortable size. They had to be shipped to my home because they didn’t have the size available, but overall experience was nice. Will definitely visit again.”
