If you order online they are strict about return policy and you can't return to the store which makes zero sense! I bought shoes and because they were over the return policy they would not even exchange them! I just bought the wrong size and the ONLY reason they were past the return policy is because they were a gift for Christmas. I explained that and they said sorry no exchanges. It was not my first time shopping here but it will be my last for sure! If you want to keep a family business alive this is not the way to do it!

I enjoy wearing nice shoes just as much as the next person. But when I visit this store on multiple occasions I was overwhelmed by just prices of there merchandise. Sounds like it’s not that bad. But as funny as it sounds In may 2022” there was a pair of nine (chilli reds) that experts believe to sell out. Even if they did sell out how does this Store charge 500$ to an 23 year old for a pair shoes because of the style or convenience … If I would known better I’ll head to the nearest retail stores were the same shoes was selling at 190$. Stores like this charges a premium price to compete with the local retail market. But its noting to show for it beside a receipt from solefly. TY for reviewing before your vist. Idk if you will find a deal there but bewear and try to budget yourself.

They upload pictures to IG saying the sneakers will be available next day at both location. I got there at 11am when they opened and the sales associate told me that her boss called and told her not to sell any pairs of the style I wanted. What’s the point of lying to your clients, having them drive to the stores, just to back door EVERYTHING! Stores like this are the problem with the current sneaker market.

Terrible experience back to back weeks. They advertised a sneaker release for Friday, June 16. The Perine location is a nice drive away from me. I called twice to the location to confirm that they would be getting the sneakers. Both times confirmed I went got there in the morning waited about an hour and a half until opening for the employee to tell me that it was a mistake and they don’t have the shoe. Fast forward to June 23 for the release of another pair of sneakers that I enter a raffle for. I call the day of the release and I’m informed that the raffle wasn’t done and that “ they’re figuring it out” . Whoever is running both locations seems shady and theyre in over their heads. Over all lack of consideration and customer service.

The shop is so unprofessional. They sell you shoes that aren't the actual size that you need and then tell you that you have to pay a restocking fee not to mention you have to pay a return shipping cost. Spend your money somewhere else.

Probably the worst experience I've had from a sneaker boutique. While it was on online order for the 13s, they gave me literally no details regarding my order when I asked why it's been two weeks and UPS said it hasn't received the package. After a month they canceled my order and when I asked for an explanation of the reason why, they just said they couldn't fulfillIt. It's funny because I know these solefly 13s were not as in demand as something like AMM Jordan 4s or Concepts orange lobsters but they managed to screw up something seemingly so simple. I'd say these guys need to do better but based on all the reviews I doubt they'll improve.

Would give them 0 stars such a crap store ordered the solefly 13s and they claim it will take 1-3 weeks to ship they created a label and never shipped them and had the nerve to charge 25 for shipping multiple people on Instagram and Twitter haven't received their orders or gotten ignored via email or comments they actually been deleting comments to clean up their image they are back door kings here they give pairs to friends family and celebs and don't care for their customers don't waste your money with them let them go out of business just another shady store

By far the worst store in sneakers of all time. Why they sell fakes. 2, they overpriced things worst than stockx and goat. Just buy from eBay, Poshmark, Mercari or depop. They overpricing $400-$50 on items.

They have a decent selection of Jordans, friendly knowledgeable staff it was my son's birthday and he got a great pair of Jordans, we looked in Homestead and Cutler ridge mall nothing at Champs, Inline, foot locker, and so sad about City gear not the same and No shoes. Thank you so much for having some J's.
