Chanel was walking out who seemed to be going on her break but instantly offered to help Rain with retrieving my shoe size from the back. Really went out of her way to provide elite customer service! “While they have quite a variety of sneakers I’m not a big sneakers person, but my daughter really wanted some shoes.I felt like I was getting attacked by sharks. It’s almost like the girl was forcing us the buy shoes in a rush.Wow! I felt like I needed to run out of there. The way you are approached, she was ready to ring up the shoes before they were even tried on without even asking how were they? Just okay so anything else? And running towards the cash register, you can definitely see that this is commission based. Not a very nice experience!”
“They have a decent selection of Jordans, friendly knowledgeable staff it was my son's birthday and he got a great pair of Jordans, we looked in Homestead and Cutler ridge mall nothing at Champs, Inline, foot locker, and so sad about City gear not the same and No shoes. “I really enjoy shopping at this Finish Line location — from the friendly and helpful staff to the overall store experience, everything is great. They have a nice selection of shoes, but I do wish there were more options available, especially Timberlands and other popular brands. I'm confident those would sell out quickly.
Given that other malls like Dolphin Mall or Aventura are quite far, and with Southland Mall currently seeing many stores closing or under renovation, this Finish Line location is one of the few key stores attracting foot traffic. This is a great opportunity to restock and expand the shoe selection to better serve loyal customers like myself. More variety would definitely keep us coming back to shop more often.”

“Went here looking for a specific shoe that they didn’t have in women’s section. Had to get them in the men’s section, and the employee was very patient with me until we found my correct comfortable size. They had to be shipped to my home because they didn’t have the size available, but overall experience was nice. Will definitely visit again.”
