Adamaris was extremely rude and with a bad attitude, doesn’t have a clue about customer service and should not be allowed near the front desk…. have not been to the gym in 5 months whilst paying my membership on time on automatic debits, I come back and she welcomes me back by giving me a hard time and a bad attitude instead of being nice and helpful… is very very upsetting, who the staff thinks they are … the girls are not nice. The membership payment and cancellation policy is super unfair, inflexible and always for the benefit of filling the pockets of the owners of this business without taking their services. Personally, I don't go to a planet fitness anymore.

I come here every day. The staff is excellent. I just don’t understand why if something is missing they can’t replace it. A carabiner is like three bucks. They are missing half a dozen of them. I started to bring my own. Probably shouldn’t have to be that way.

A supposed manager named (Steff) is a rude person, disrespectful to customers! I have been in this gym for 7 years and it is the first time that someone treats me that way, she sent me to L.A. Fitness. I think an employee should not say things like that! Take action against her, she should not work with the public!

This place used to be so clean and well maintained back in 2019/2020/2021 so sad bathroom full of pee and teenagers yelling and screaming so sad still give it a 5 star review because whomever was on shift on September 2nd at 4pm front desk was amazing she apologized and said she would do what needs to be done awesome employee hope it gets better

Horrible customer service from a girl named Steph!
My workouts always go great and smoothly unless Steph is there, the only thing i would change in planet fitness is her being there. Steph is very rude and tried threatened to cancel my friends cousin membership because she forgot to pay her membership ONCE and she has been going there every day for almost two years. Steph is disrespectful, i think shes a terrible addition to the amazing staff that is already there. Do better planet fitness.

The nicest PF I've been too and I've been to many in multiple states. Very clean machines, showers, changing rooms and bathrooms. Love the overall vibe of this location. I went around 11am on a Friday and it wasn't busy. Parking was kinda full but I found a spot not too far pretty quickly. Things that would make this location even better are paper towels in the bathroom and that stretch cage many PFs have.

Friendly staff and reasonable pricing! Everything you need for fitness.
Also, lost my phone within a stair master, and the staff was so helpful and friendly in getting back phone! Highly recommend.
