Don't buy anything from this location!!!Employees don't know anything about warranty or returning defective merchandise!!!! The manager was speaking only Spanish in front of me with coworkers, and I don't speak Spanish. She tried to sell me a warranty that already comes with the purchase.

Don't ever buy from Pandora. I purchased a ring as a gift on Dec 24, 2023. The ring size was too big I tried returning the ring on Jan 3 2024 and told by the manager the ring looked worn and she couldn't return it

I decided, today, December 6, 2023, to go to that store because of its proximity to my home, I had a list of charms to buy from them and what a disappointment, they did not let us go in to look, a grotesque-looking woman ordered us to leave and stand behind of the line, we did it, but I took a foot out of the line to see a nearby window and she scolded me “I told her to get behind the line until someone can help her.” He told us with a very authoritarian and unpleasant voice. I told him (are you scolding me? What an ugly character he has!) and I left there very badly, then I called the store so I could tell someone about the fighting dog that they have serving the population and that its place, with that metal voice and that ugly attitude, where she had to work was taking care of the inmates at Krome. That they should thank every customer who goes there because no one goes to that store and not treat them so badly. There, the person who answered my call, Gabriela (very polite and gentle), apologized and explained to me why I had to wait behind the line, but I didn't understand. Anyway, I told Gabriela that her companion, the grotesque one, could have told me the same thing but with a different tone of voice, and a different character. The truth is that they could have made a good sale today because she wanted to buy several things, but no, I was so abused by the Military Sergeant from the 60s that they did not tell me her name, but Gabriela does know who she is because she witnessed the rudeness that her partner gave us. I will never go there!! I have been using Pandora for 10 years and they have never treated me like this in any store, on the contrary, very friendly and helpful.

Not sure if it’s because it’s in Southland mall, but they don’t allow you to walk in and look around, you have to stand in line and wait for someone to come assist you, though there were only 4 people being helped… it’s sterling silver jewelry… like cmon.

I went in to exchange my ring and was advised I had to call in or do it online. Don’t make a purchase in this location if you’re looking to make a warranty exchange !!

I went to exchange a charm in which they said I couldn’t because it’s a last sale item. I said that was never said when it was bought nor does it say it on the receipt. If anything the person that sold those charms said we had 30 days to exchange. They said do to them being a franchised store they can’t exchange it. I called corporate and they stated you can go to any store and they have to exchange it. They people are ridiculous. And the manager got an attitude problem!

Horrible service for returns. Went to return a ring that was gifted to me as it was too big. They didn’t have my size. Then tried to return the earring and they said I couldn’t because they said no returns on them. Sooooo, I went to the store in Dadeland Mall and they did it for me, no problem at all. Dadeland will be getting my business from now on. DONT go to the Southland location, they only rip You off. So disappointed after all the money I’ve spent. Good news is Dadeland has a much bigger selection!

They’re liars. They said I could only exchange a charm in their store and no other. I contacted corporate and they told me that’s no true. Their receipt even says you can return to any store. They claim it’s because they’re a franchise but on the Pandora website they are marked as a normal full store, and there’s no policy online that they would have a different return policy. They also lied to my family member that they only have 2 bracelet sizes. The bracelet I was gifted is too large because they probably didn’t want to lose the sale being honest. Horrible store and a horrible reflection on the company. Pure scam.

Store Manager, Yuritzs was extremely unprofessional. I handed her my daughters bracelet ;purchased two weeks ago . First she asked immediately. " when was this purchased".My respond was two weeks ago. Please check my account and you can see purchase history. Well she went by saying . I wasn't able to exchange or return item. How I didn't purchase from that store. Nowhere in the receipt , mentions anything of that sort. My question is as follows. If I purchase something and I dont live close to the store. I as a customer have to return to the specific store of purchase? that's little unfair! Not all customers are right! but not all store mangers are nice!
