“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jacob just saved me so much time and stress. My key fob wasn’t working consistently and it’s for a 2007 RAV so I was worried I’d have to replace the whole system. I went to an Ace closer to my job and they claimed they couldn’t help me but just to check I called the Ace on Old Cutler and BOY am I glad I did. When I got there Jacob listened to what was going on and diagnosed the HECK out it of my fob. Like he took the whole thing apart and check everything WHILE helping other people. He communicated everything he was doing and saved me $100. Listen y’all of you have a key issue of ANY nature go see Jacob at Ave hardware on old cutler. Shoot even if you just need some screws still go see Jacob and tell him I said hi and I hope his skin is clear and his credit is thriving. Thank you again Jacob!”
