Ive been going here for a while, off and on. Every time i go. And deal with this one person. It remind me why i dnt like coming there. She did a rushed job on my nails. Especially when her regular customer comes in. I apend money. I am a customer too. Nasty attitutde. And can see the polish from my last set. That is not how u do business #PERIOD

Horrible!! I went there and a lady rushed my nails to get back to a store down the street and my nails looked like they were 2 days old when i was done.

These people have poor customer service. The place was empty and I waited about half an hour. They said they would help me after they were done with a customer who was almost finished. However when they were finished they would not even acknowledge me. I think they were upset because I wouldn’t allow them to use the drill to remove the nail polish off of my real nail. I told the lady as she eagerly prepared the drill that I didn’t want her to use the drill because it damages the real nail. She then told me to go back and wait. Super unprofessional and disgusting ? attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—ever! Thankfully, I wasn’t desperate for a mani, but even if I were I still would’ve walked out. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I give them negative stars. Please go somewhere else—any place other than here!

Came here to get my x nails off, instead of using pure acetone to remove it, the lady just started scraping them with a pliers along with my natural nails. I was in so much pain and horror that left in the middle of it. If you love your natural nails, please dont go here.

Very bad service, the quality of the paint was the worst, the gel lasted 2 days, I went to have them repaint me and they wanted to charge me again. I don't recommend it at all!

Rude a** lady has a list but don’t even follow by the list. Very unprofessional. I will never come back and I’ve been going for 6 years I don’t know what happened over the years. But you have lost me definitely ! If I can give 0 ⭐️stars I will.
