Been using this laundry for years, I've noticed the general cleanliness has domínese. the washer smell, as they haven't taken the time to disinfect them. There's papers on the floor and many dryers are broken. worse thing they no longer have the larger baskets. biggest concern is the smell inside the washers. please take one hour to disinfect them.

“ La necesidad tiene cara de perro” we say in my country.
But it’s the closest and I have no other choice. Half the machines are not working.
Selfish people leave their clothes unattended for more than 20 minutes… just happened to me.
Got here, 2 machines full of clothes, no other machines available, 1/2 broken and clothes not even washed.
Lady took a trip to BJ’s to look for soap, softener who cares, leaves the machines so no one can use them.
BJ’s 5 minutes by car. My stopwatch counted 23 minutes until she arrived and have them running… who knows how long she has left before I arrived.
Bottom line, employees here have no respect for customers and no rules to make sure things go smooth for everyone. It’s not only people it’s them, too. You run your business how you want it…… more sings for un attended clothes please. This is your responsibility too.
If you come to a place like this. Use your phone and time your cycles, don’t be disrespectful of other people and as the laundry place? Clean the filters, fix the machines, some of us have no other choice and it suck’s because the energy left here is THIS, reviews that thank goodness we can write, were bad customer service can’t be hidden no more.

Im incredibly shocked this has 5 stars. The owner doesnt care. Half of the dryers are always not working. They raised the price up by .50 c within last year from 3.75 to 4.25. The dryers are 8m per quarter and then for 50 cents rather then get 16 min you may get 14 or 15 , and the more quarter you put you get robbed, so microscopic they think no one would notice. You can never use your fabric softener because their machines are always clogged up. You tell them they act surprised like your the first one to bring it up. The coin machine that gives quarters will sometimes short you a quarter so count your change!!! I always blame the cheap owner. They also need to update the pictures cuz inside is filthy and aged.

Every week we go do our laundry and staff is very friendly and knows about what washers and dyers work. We don't have to wait long to wash clothes

Place not recommended. More than 10 dryers out of service. Added to this is that the other dryers that do work are full of dry clothes, so the owners forget about time and leave them there. And you can't even ask the person who works there to take out those clothes, because they inform you that they are not authorized to do so. But you see several signs on the wall saying Unattended clothes will be removed...so if you don't have time, it's better not to even go to that place because you will have to keep an eye on which dryer is unoccupied.

First and last time coming to this place. Customer service is a zero. My two machines clearly stated where to put the laundry liquid detergent. I followed instructions. However the machine didn’t dispense my soap. I reported it to the girl working at the laundry mat. Her suggestion was for me to stick my hands in the compartment and scoop it in the other compartment because according to her these machines sometimes do that.I lost half my detergent already so scooping it out won’t be beneficial.So long story short I ended up using more detergent and more money to wash these two loads of towels and sheets.Annoyed to the MAX!
