I only pump gas here, no use of the store, so my rating/review is limited to that experience. I need receipts for my gas, and this gas station never ever on any of the pumps prints one - have to get in and wait in line and ask for it. Is it really that hard/expensive for the business to load paper into the pump printers?

This has been my go to gas station for years, but this morning I had the worst customer service experience. Despite the fact that this station only smells one grade of gas I go here because of convenience, even though I could get gas cheaper elsewhere. I went inside this morning to pay cash, and the cashier must have been having a bad morning because I had to stand there and wait before she even acknowledge me. I didn't think anything of it, just paid and said thank you and walked out to pump my gas. Remember how I said this station only gas one grade of gas? Well, they only sell regular which is fine because that is what I need. What is not fine is that the other choices are not disabled, so apparently, when I lifted the hose, it grazed the premium button (according to the owner), and they don't have that so I could not pump gas. I went inside to let the cashier know that something was going on with the pump because I had no idea that the hose had even touched the premium button and she was immediately combative with me. Right from the get go she was yelling about how I was to blame because I had pressed this non working button. I explained to her that I pressed the button for regular gas because I know they don't have any other grade but she kept on and on yelling and talking over me, saying that she know I pressed it because she saw it inside on her computer. She then left to go print out the receipt to prove her point. My question is, if you saw that button engaged, having no customers inside the store, why are you sitting there waiting for the customer to come in just to verbally attack them? Why are those other choices not disabled in the first place? Once the cashier left, the Owner explained to me how it could have happened, and I told him that the way he explained it helped me understand, that the situation didn't need all the fighting, to which he rudely replied that no she wasn't fighting, I just didn't listen. He left, and I finished pumping my gas and when I was getting ready to leave he pops back out with the receipt to start the issue all over again. At this point I was DONE with this horrible service so I held up my hand and said no, I don't need any help here, and told him to have a good day and left. Now, I know we are all human and can have an off day, but if this is the way you treat customers, you should not work a job where you serve the public. The whole situation could have been avoided if they would have treated me as a person and said something like, oh the hose probably hit that button, let me reset that for you. There was no need to create conflict. I treat everyone with respect because that is how I would like to be treated in return. I have had numerous pleasant interactions with these attendants in the past, but this whole interaction made me so uncomfortable. I would really think twice before giving them my money again. Simply appalled.

Didn’t think this gas station was bad until today. I’ve always come here for propane swap but will now go elsewhere moving forward. Came here after a strong shower however it was no longer raining. Lady inside said she didn’t wanna go outside as everything was wet and didn’t wanna get wet or dirty. I said I’ll be the one swapping and all she needed to do was open the gate.Nope.. she insisted so took my business to Chevron.

It states that it's open 24 hours. At 11:45pm in order to get gas you need to pay with the cashier. The lady inside ignores the customers and then rudely waves her hand like she's being bothered. Took my money across the street.

This gas station is horrible. The service is awful. Pumps never work appropriately and only have one grade of gas. You can o ly fit one person at a time inside the store section.Spend your money somewhere else.

This gas station is absolute garbage.Every time I come here their credit card system is not working at the pump. It’s funny because every time I come here it’s not working but yeah they still keep coming back thinking I’m going to get a different result.I just came from this gas station and tried three different pumps would gladly except my debit card told me to begin fueling and nothing happens and the pump has no gas flowing out of it.People don’t wanna deal with this garbage. People want to go to a gas station and get gas they don’t want to go inside to have to pre-pay for their gas. This is 2022 I’m just gonna go somewhere else from now on. The owner of this establishment really needs to get his stuff together and get these issues fixed. It’s an absolute nightmare every time you go to this place and every time I come it’s the same story

Mobil, that gasoline ⛽️ is the best, your car would appreciate it and you will see more miles per gallon, your spark plugs, the sensors, the catalyst will be cleaner, I am a mechanic ?? and I say this from experience, Mobil is the best
