Mercedes has a good name and a great reputation. Both Alberto and Jorge are good sales reps and they helped me. What I want to say is that there is a sales manager, Carlos, who really doesn't belong at this dealership. His sales tactics are horrible. Jorge gave me an appraisal of my current car and a verbal if I were to buy a new one. I said, let me think about it. I called today and he is not in. So they pass me to Carlos the "manager". He asked me like 4-5 times why do I need the appraisal and if I only need it to see the numbers. The call went so bad that I told him I will go to another Mercedes dealership and get another appraisal. I told him that my wife and I are either going to stick with our current car or get a new one. But he kept pressing and asking why I need an partial to the point that it felt like harassment. Please get Carlos some proper training as he should not be in a managerial role. He is distrusting and not caring about Mercedes clients.

Purchased my car in January it's now June and my car has been in the dealership 6 time for over 30 days and they still have the audacity to tell me they can't see the issue that everything is working as designed. Bunch of crooks! -Presafe system goes off unnecessarily already 3 times -CarPlay unresponsive -CarPlay will play thru my phone speaker not the car -CarPlay error it cannot be connected -command system becomes unresponsive -Command system over heats -command system casing will separate when car is left out in the sun-rear camera does not show assist lines-rear camera does not switch camarera views -Command system with say play back unavailable to all systems (radio-CarPlay-Bluetooth) not allowing to use any entertainment -microphone will be very low or you cannot hear me at all works perfectly when witches to phone headset or phone speaker -microphone cover is falling out since last attempt of repair Mbrace app- keeps sending notifications the car was in an accident when it was not

En mi opinion, La verdad una total desilusion el trato que me dio el manager Oscar Yanes, quien en vez de solucionar temas lo unico que hacia era tirar el tema para adelante asi se cansa el cliente. Fui a comprar un MERCEDES BENZ con el vendedor Alberto Torres y este me entrego un GLA 250 con equipamiento mas pobre que un Toyota, su Mannager OSCAR YANES jamas intento dar una solucion al tema y la unica que proponia era poner mas plata y pagar mas cantidad de cuotas, o sea no me trataba como buen cliente en la solucion, y la solucion era solo tratar bien al cliente lo que jamas senti con este YANES, solo queria que ponga mas plata. Por eso advierto a consumidores de MERCEDES BENZ que no compren su producto GLA 250 porque no tiene un equipamiento digno de la marca siendo todo manual sin tecnologia, la pantalla del GLA 250 deberia ser una entera y no dos monitores partidos de la decada del 90 siendo un Mickey Mouse la que tiene, los asientos corren manual etc. Ademas advierto que jamas comprare nuevamente en MB CUTLER BAY ya que dejaron de ser confiables para mi. Terrible customer service / it literally takes 2 hrs to drop off a car for service and the loaner car that was promised to be waiting for me is actually a 15min drive away ... I am new to Miami and have never experienced this type of consistently slow service when there is a set appointment time. All of this to pay $700 for scheduled service???? They really have us over a barrel here ... bring a book & pack a snack !!

I recently decided to trade in my Infiniti and purchase a Mercedes Benz. With the help of Maribel and Rene I was about to order and purchase a custom Mercedes Benz GLA 250 in rose gold! I am absolutely in love with the car. Everywhere I go people are obsessed with the car. I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy and Maribel kept me in the loop as to when the vehicle was arriving and what not. Rene from Finance was amazing and assisted in helping me get a great rate. I highly recommend this Mercedes Benz location for all your car purchasing needs!

Love this dealership everyone is friendly not pushy. After visiting this dealership for a good 10 months finally decided today was the day. Brandon was such a charismatic young man he made our experience perfect. He is a vehicle fanatic so very knowledgeable especially all the MB models. The experience was so fun, smooth, & not stressful very laid back casual. I would recommend the dealership & Brandon hands down. Finance rep Rene was also great explained everything so clearly. So happy with our purchase & experience

So I unfortunately need to update you all on my latest experience here. This place has gone DOWN since the service manager Ruben has resigned and with good reason. He did an amazing job as manager, he truly worked fairly with his customers and was thorough and compassionate and now the manager who took his place is not HALF as kind / reasonable / or personable nor honest. They are all in cahoots including the advisers; and try to over charge you for everything and then make you pay a $250 fee if you refuse to do the work there! That's their new bribe. I needed my radio repaired along with my engine mounts. They wanted almost 5 grand!!! And my car is a 2012 c class! I ended up taking my car else where, and the guy looked at my car mounted up and even showed me that all of the mounts DO NOT need to be replaced just the transmission mount! And it cost me only $200 to replace the transmission mounts! The engine mounts did not need to be replaced yet, and my car drives like a dream now! So they were trying to rip me off and make me pay for something that wasn't even worn yet! Terrible! Beware of how they are operating there, I would take no chances at what they tell you go get an inspection somewhere else. Sadly this This place is crooked. $250 for what?! It is a shame Ruben left. He was truly the best and never insisted work needed to be done unless it truly was time. I have spent alot of money in 3 years with this dealership .. but they wanted 5k in one visit. That's crazy , Never again will I trust my vehicle in their hands. They are unethical.

Mercedes Benz Cutler Bay is on par with Coral Gables in terms of worthless personnel. They have no technicians, only parts changers. My G63 had a check engine light error and figured I would take it in to get looked at. They mentioned it would be a day or so before they could get to it. Didn't even need a loaner. A week and a half later they called telling me I needed new plugs and coil packs... 800.00. I asked to speak with the technician who made the diagnosis. They put me in terminal hold. Called back two more times put on hold.. drive over to pick up the car.. Had to pay a 346.00 diagnostic fee. I asked for the recording of them looking at the car.. they said they don't record their technicians. In order for me to get my car back I had to pay the 346.00. Paid the 346.00 took my car to a local shop.. tells me it's a defective gas gap.. 35.00 NEVER send your vehicle to ANY Mercedes' dealership for anything other than warranty work. Inept shiftless parts changers. Apathetic service managers that are lazy and clueless when it comes to services Mercedes.

This is one of the worse places to call and get parts. Employees at this location don’t like tonwork. They’ll do anything to avoid helping you. Avoid calling them at all cost. I spoke to George today to buy wipers for a general model and type of car and he was so unwilling help. He insisted in getting a vin. When I asked for a manager, he said t managers Don’t work on weekends. That should say a lot about this shop. I’m surprised Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay is ok with this. Because the services sept and dealer are excellent.
