They didn't open on time, truck was disgusting dirty especially during COVID you would think they would have extra cleaning, also you have two options the truck with no a/c or the other truck that well in our case it rained during our move and little did we know it would be raining inside the truck too where we were driving under a waterfall inside the truck! Horrible customer service lady doesn't even smile. Never again and I don't recommend. I'm sure there are plenty of other locations a to snap a good Budget deal!
