They are going down, went there on 2 separate occasions and the machine left my clothes soak and wet then went back maybe a month later and the dryer didn’t dry my clothes. Then the lady rolled her eyes like it was my fault! They went up in prices but the machines are bad. Needs to be fixed…….

Prices for just drying a dollar per 7 minutes! Next door laundrymat is .25 per 7 minutes. Used to be a good place now they are price gouging people here. Do better!

Listen. My first review for the new year. #AWFUL. I came here because the other one is closed. The small machines wash my clothes. The big machine I had to run twice. The dryer. $2 for 18 mins. I am never coming back here. These lady's don't give u change to purchase a card. To much is going on here. I have been robbed. Of my money and time.. You ppl need to stop lying on these reviews. I stop coming here years ago. Because the machine took my money. The clerk who made the report, wrote it in pencil. I came back she erased it and refuse to give me my money back. This place ain't right. See the report in pencil in the pic.,

I just picked up a bed cover that the amount was 31.00, it arrived home and what an unpleasant surprise
, damp and stinking of a dog that I don't have at home, poorly washed, dirty and without fabric softener, bad smell
I arrived at the place and I make my claim and they don't want to give me my money back.
Give me credit, how can I accept such a thing when the service was very bad and I don't bring clothes to that place?
They send me a call and Sta's number is for repair and it even appears on Google and on the door
Nobody knows where to go to complain.
Where is consumer protection?
Where is the respect for the customer?
We have to settle for such poor service and response, accept people in charge of running a business who do not know how to solve problems.
They are there to serve the customer, you are satisfied because one's money is worth the same as what they charge and their reason for being is us.

Something is always broken at this laundromat. I will not be going back. Whoever owns this place has lost interest in maintaining it because a good number of the machines are inoperable, the washers that do work have a funky smell, the price to dry clothes is outrageous (almost $1 for only 6 minutes), and the entrance doors are difficult to open.
The staff is nice and helpful, but this place is a dump. I am so glad a new laundromat opened up on 216th St.
