They made me stand for over 20 minutes and spoke to me rudely! They spoke to me like a child! One lady started spraying perfume on herself and said she would rather smell perfume than my sweaty body! I work hard doing field work and she made me feel really low. I hope the owner reads these reviews and does something about the rude workers.

I was sold inferior quality wood for outdoor fence job. I purchased what I presumed was Pressure Treated lumber which when delivered was not ground contact as requested. Now 3 years into its life it’s rotting away. My old Home Depot supplied lumber lasted 20 years. Save the headache and shop Home Depot.

I JUST EXPERIENCED A VERY UNPLEASANT MOMENT. I WENT TO BUY AT THIS PLACE AND ONE OF THE SELLERS (NAMED KEVIN) TREATED ME VERY BAD AND WANTED TO HUMILIATE ME. THE WORST WAS THAT HE BECAME ANNOYED BECAUSE HE HAD TO CHANGE THE INVOICE 3 TIMES BECAUSE HE MADE A MISTAKE AND GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND AT ANY MOMENT HE MADE ME CHECK THE INVOICE TO VERIFY THAT THE ORDER WAS CORRECT. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD HIS REACTION AND THE RUDE WAY OF TREATING A CUSTOMER. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE DISTRESSED. VERY DISSAPOINTING. THANKS TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE THAT SOLVE THE SITUATION.

Garbage place terrible customer service and not reliable for on-time deliveries or the correct material on delivery should have chose Home Depot or Lowes terrible place do not recommend for anyone save yourself the horror of shopping in disgust

Don’t call this place unless you want to be on hold for a couple of hours. They think the airlines look like they give great service. I ended up going to the store and the person I work with must’ve started the day before because they knew absolutely nothing about the products. I would not recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else where they care
