This was my first time at this place. Everyone was being helped and I saw an empty station. I proceed to the person at this station and asked if he was available. The guy did not respond, I asked again and got the same response, none. I lightly knocked at the glass separating us and asked again. He never lifted his head off the computer and kept typing. The lady next to him told me that I needed to wait at the end of the line (there was no line or demarcation as to where the line was supposed to start). As soon as I made it to the other side of the room, the guy called NEXT.I waited for the next available agent who was very nice. I was out of the place in 3 minutes, but with a very bad experience.I really don’t know why some people are just rude for no reason.

3 hour wait to renew my tag. Save yourself the time and go to the hammocks tag agency. The line is sometimes long but moves so quickly there.

Arbitrarily charge more for people they want to charge. It is used to be a great service with reasonable prices, but when you charge double to transfer a title of what the state charges something is wrong.Paper says $7 dollars for agency fee, and multiple people were told this, then they charge $25 for myself. Obviously, price gauging.Avoid at all costs.

Went to renew 2 vehicles with both paperwork, they charged me a "verification fee" for one ($6.00). Never received my $0.80 change. I sent 2 email, they replied to one, saying to come get your $0.80 change, i requested a refund for $6.80 with no response so i will contact the State & BBB. I am a victim of unfair / deceptive trade practices from JAV, imagine how much they are getting from doing this to others...

First impressions are important and when I get disconnected / hung up on twice after wasting time listening to the automated system, then pressing 0 to speak to someone, I find another company to do business with....I can only imagine how the service in person is there....

Trash. They refused to provide a service at their convenience. Made a long line to be refused. I went to hammocks tag agency and they had no line and processed my transaction problem free.

Went to this tag agency over a month ago for them to request my title release from my lienholder so I could get Florida registration and plates. Send multiple emails to the agency with no response. Each time you call no one answers and the call hangs up. I finally called my lineholder and they said they still haven't recieved the title request. Don't waste your time here.
