I want to thank Lily for always being available to answer all of my concerns as a property owner. She is a true gem who constantly goes out of her way to address any concerns we may have.Her property management skills are unmatched as well as her people skills. My family and I are grateful that we have someone like Lily and IPMS managing our HOA. As an owner I hope they stay with us for many years to come.

Complete incompetence from top to bottom in this company, Lillian Martin has the attitude of a old single aunt who’s constantly miserable. Further more, not only do they not have the e correct adress up, but they also give you completely incorrect information about security on their website. When my csr was towed because I was contacting the wrong company apparently, they basically said “oh well that’s on you, but we’ll fix the site”TO AL LIVING IN CLUB LA COSTA, contact me so we may look at ways to replace this company at our next meeting!also contacted BBB regarding this matter

This company has no presence around the buildings so they have no idea. They do not return calls or e-mail most of the times, meetings are elusive and barely announced, information is not available to owners after meetings. It’s distressing that our HOA is managed by uncaring, largely remote company.Response: I have left messages twice because no one was available. E-mailed twice, no response. So I did call your office. I guess it makes no difference, so I’ll be in the August meeting where we will have yet another assessment, or increase. And maybe its just me, but communication regarding meetings and projects, and selection processes is not getting to me, some mails yes, some no. So thanks for responding via google.

I have been complaining for more than 10 years to this company. My neighbour are the worst. I have to install cameras. I live in club la Costa in Cutler Bay. I have send this company prove. They have 6 cars they all parknin the guest area. They don't move the car for the whole day because they don't work. I have watched them for years. They sell drugs, they have a motorcycles garage next to my room, they stole motorcycles. One day like 40 police were there looking for them . I have send to the association all the videos. Selling drugs. Cars come and go buying drugs. They crash my car once. We don't have where to park because they take all the parking spaces. . I have a collection of videos with all their activities. I told the manager several time she does not answer. I told her if she do not do anything about it I will exposes all the videos to Facebook cutler bay community with the complete address. 80 place in saga bay

Worst property management I have ever dealt with. The office is disgusting and unprofessional the people working there are clueless and incompetent spend over a month trying to communicate with them and they don't answer emails or phones and if they do they don't t give you all the information regarding what you asking in order to sabotage you when you. Will definitely recommend you to keep away from this management.
